@MrDC the market has almost certainly "priced in" the dilution at the point it was announced, or in the case of the UK markets when the news was leaked.
The RI was at 167p so I can't see a drop anyway.It might be that the SP is raised to give the backers their "normal" 20% funding fee. That would be up to the company's brokers but in my experience those who put money in expect to see +20% immediately on an AIM share.
All my opinion and time will tell.
