LONDON (Thomson Financial) - XXI Century Investments Public Ltd said it is
on schedule with progressing its projects to the construction stage.
In an update on the development schedule of the projects in its portfolio, the company said construction permits were received for the first stages of both the Virlytsia and Sevastopol mixed-use projects in the fourth quarter of 2007.
Construction permits were also received one quarter ahead of schedule for the Kvadrat-Myloslavska project, it added.
It also said preliminary construction approval has been granted to the Vasylkiv logistics centre project and the first stage of construction is now due to start.
