Webis Holdings says Arron Banks buys 2.5 million shares in co

LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Webis Holdings Plc. said entrepreneur Arron B
anks has purchased 2.5 million shares in the company for an undisclosed price.

Following the transaction, Arron Banks and his connected funds, Rock Holdings and Southern Rock, now have a combined holding of 14.685 million shares, representing 7.1 percent of the company's issued share capital.

Banks is chief executive and co-founder of insurance brokerage Group Direct Ltd.
