Tue, 29th Aug 2006 08:19 LONDON (AFX) - Tristel PLC, which makes infection and contamination control products, said it
signed an agreement with its New Zealand distributor IVC Ltd to buy two inventions that have been created to work with Tristel's chloride dioxide chemistry.
Triselt will acquire a sterilizing tray system which enables single use decontamination of endoscopic equipment and a hygiene work station which enables Tristel's sporicidal chemistry to be easily applied to floors and walls in high risk wards and departments of hospitals.
IVC will receive unspecified future royalties for the transfer of the technologies, Tristel said.
