YouGov appoints Roger Parry non-exec chairman from April 26

Mon, 15th Jan 2007 09:05

LONDON (AFX) - YouGov PLC said it has appointed Roger Parry as a non-execu
tive director immediately, and he will take over as non-executive chairman from April 26.

He will replace Peter Kellner, who will assume the role of president and remain a non-executive of the company while focusing on media and political clients as well as developing research methodologies.

The online market research agency said the appointment of an independent non-executive director was in line with the company's plans to ensure the management structure will support its growth ambitions.

Roger Parry is currently non-executive chairman of Johnston Press PLC, Future PLC and Mobile Streams PLC.
