EDP said costs associated with the sale are estimated to be 30,000 pounds.
The net sale proceeds will be added to existing cash resources. The property had a net book value of 1.08 million pounfd at March 31 2008. The company said it will lease back a part of the property at an annual rent of about 24,000 pounds.
