Dart Group says Mike Forder to step down as FD, be replaced Andrew Merrick

LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Dart Group PLC said its finance director Mike Forder is stepping
The aviation and distribution company said Andrew Merrick, who will be joining the board on July 2, will replace Forder from July 24. Merrick is currently director of finance at Bradford & Bingley PLC.

LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Dart Group PLC said its finance director Mike Forder is stepping
down from his role and will resign from the board on July 24 in light of the company's recent relocation of its head office operations to Leeds from Bournemouth.
The aviation and distribution company said Andrew Merrick, who will be joining the board on July 2, will replace Forder from July 24. Merrick is currently director of finance at Bradford & Bingley PLC.
