Thu, 14th Aug 2008 07:33 LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Small-cap stockbroker Daniel Stewart Securities Plc said its full
-year pretax loss has narrowed but tough trading conditions in the second half are likely to continue.
Daniel Stewart said it had a pretax loss for the period ending March 31 of 2.01 mln pounds compared to a loss of 5.37 mln pounds last year. On an underlying basis, the broker swung to a pretax profit of 2,888 pounds against a loss of 4.25 mln pounds last year.
