Tue, 9th Sep 2008 08:21 LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Revenue management software maker Craneware Plc. posted a rise in
full-year pretax profits on higher revenues, and said that its current year has started well.
For the year to June 30, the company said its pretax profits rose to $4.5 million from $3.8 million recorded a year earlier as revenues grew 24 percent to $18.7 million.
'Our high level of visibility over $18.3 million of revenue at the beginning of the year has been augmented by a strong pipeline of new sales opportunities, as a result of which we expect to exceed our expectations for the full year,' said chief executive Keith Neilson.
The company added the number of U.S. hospitals employing its software increased 19 percent to 950.
