LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Nettworx PLC said internet telephony company, Coms PLC has termin
ated its possible offer talks for international SIM card provider, Sim4Travel Holdings PLC and is no longer in an offer period.

Nettworx, which invests in voice, video and data networks said accordingly, the conditional, irrevocable binding undertaking given by the company to Coms will terminate with immediate effect and it will no longer sell its stake in Sim4Travel to Coms.

'Nettworx continues to support Sim4Travel through it's equity investment and loan note', Nettwrox director, Jonathan Rowland said.

On December 13, 2007 as part of the talks, Nettworx -- which holds 117.33 mln shares in Sim4Travel, or roughly 11.8 pct of the company - had agreed to sell its stake to Coms.
