Does anyone know if softbank will be paying the final dividend (of up to 6.75p per share) for Arm's final period up to 31st December 2016 as mentioned in the aquisition doc ?
Look at Softbank sp since the takeover: up 76%
https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2016-09-09/softbank-leads-japan-asset-sales-to-more-than-decade-high-chart Now they have the crown jewels of tech brains, they need the cash to do what they promised.

Contact the broker you used. perhaps you have moved and correspondence has gone astray.
I have some shares in Arm that I bought back in 2000 but I haven't received any correspondence regarding payment for the shares. Does anyone know how I can progress getting payment for these shares?
VOD 50% PNN 20% STOB 20% SPI 10%.
I would say NCC and PAYS are the raciest IMG and FDSA good tech stocks SPI -staffing problems. I've gone for VOD,SCH and RED both with deals in the pipeline.
'Towards end of week'. Looking to spend it on SPI , FDSA, PAYS, IMG, NCC or VOD - any thoughts? Hoping for another takeover.
I Still do no have my money credited back with HL.Any thoughts fellows? Thanks
Cheque for paper holding held since February 2001 x £17.00 recd this morning . . . . . . not sure how profitable it's been, but proud to have 'partnered', albeit only a tiny fraction, of one of if not THE Worlds leading contributors to the 21st Century. It's difficult, almost impossible to imagine today's world without their input! I wish ARM well for the future, under it's new masters. PS No mobile; but yes, without a PC the World would 'shrink' immeasurably.
ARM HLDGS Scheme of Arrangement monies credited now, I don't know if it was before close as was hoping to trade with it but too late.
Actually I see TD have the cash payment as pending so expecting it on Monday now
received the div and cash in my TD account this am but HL say they 'believe' they haven't got it yet
anytime up to the 19th, I am hoping for the 12th
When do we get payment ?
I bought at 135p. No point to make here other than if I can't tell you people that I made £16.65 (plus divis) for every share, who can I tell? Sadly I only bought £500 worth. It was, I think, the second share I ever bought - those mobile phones look they could be popular was my thinking. Sadly subsequent punts have not, by and large, been as inspired.
Hardly derisory! Fine words butter no parsnips... Take your pick for another M&A sidebet, looking at SPI,MCRO,FDSA,PAYS. Thinking 50%,25%,25%. Don't mind topping up my NCC & PNN, either. I'm sure Cash My Cheqe will have a pop at PNN or the other 2 water companies. Hi Notsogreedy - a legendary investor was asked the key to his success said 'I always sold too soon'.
This is an appalling decision. I am amazed at how short sighted so many ARM investors have been. This whole deal stinks... it's bad for investors, it's bad for the UK, and I just cannot fathom out why the BoD has recommended this derisory offer.
Halo opium, happy to se you ticking. Must inform you, I went long on your beloved tsco but will not be for to long. Here, I've taken a smal short just now. Can't lose to much but should unlikely thing happen ... Stay humorous

I am suprised more did not want to keep the tax receipts in this country.
http://www.lse.co.uk/share-regulatory-news.asp?shareprice=ARM&ArticleCode=2915phdk&ArticleHeadline=Results_of_Court_Meeting_and_General_Meeting which makes me part of small minority but as in nominee accounts my vote was probably subtracted from those in favour and given to the company as one number.
