At the moment, pure Blind Faith and eyeball contact between two members of an Investor Group and Mr Ben-Haim and (this is the one that took me by surprise) Jamie Bligh, Corvus.

No. There is no further rationale

Genuine question dougal, given that everything Amit has ever said or RNS'ed about ctag has been a pack of lies, what makes you think what he is saying now is any different?

You can apply Today 13:10 to most AIM BoDs tbh.

Personally, I am much more interested and focussed on Today 12:20

Also taking into account ABH's rather obscene reward package for an AIM company that hadn't actually achieved anything, this was because he reached certain 'targets'.

Those targets may have caused him to bend the truth ever so slightly :)

Dougal, how soon they forget...

If you were right (which you're absolutely not) when you say:-

"I don't think the B2C was the primary target early 2016 latest "

...then ABH has some extremely thorny questions to face, since he was still banging on and on about B2C, big US distributors, mass production runs for consumer product etc etc well into Q4 2016. See the RNses dated 7th Nov 16 re Second Chance £880k "non-binding order" and 25th Nov 16 confirming the Cities "distribution deal" in the US. Both of those RNSes were completely B2C centric.

So IMO this leaves just two possibles...

Either ABH was still busily chasing the wrong rabbit and bizarrely hadn't realised what anyone who knew the first thing about consumer wearables already knew.

Or he was knowingly misleading PIs in issued statements and other communications for his own reasons.

Take your pick. One's massively more likely than the other, to my mind...

I don't think the B2C was the primary target early 2016 latest - gees how many times were we told by the Bears since mid 2016 the sector was mature?!

Successfully raised 13m during 2016 though.

B2B was always the primary objective imo.

The CTAG splinter groups are now galvanised it would appear and working as one Good

it would be interesting to see who Jamie actually represents as Corvus sold/transferred the majority of their shares and his email address is still @Corvus.

Does he represent Osuna? Possibly Corvus sold during the pump and dump/incessant ramp and made a fortune, Corvus held via Osuna under another entity in the event that the end game was good enough to make more money?

I think it definitely seems plausible and going by recent events, announcements, information I don't think the product was ever as ready as they made out to be, and I have also seen evidence that the company sales guys Yuval & Bhav actively dismissed potentially huge genuine sales leads - this leads me to believe it was never intended to go to market in the timeframes that were given by the company.
