The time has come for clarity- one way or another. We need someone to go in, see what Amit is doing, and report back, impartially, on whether there is anything left to hold out for. Otherwise- try and get any residual value from any patents etc., and move on from the whole sorry affair.

Simply waiting for Amit has never been, and never will be, imo, the right course of action- he has lost any credibility or right to be trusted on his word a long, long time ago.

K27M that is a fair point from several angles. As you're aware and correctly state, my investment in CTAG is trivial and I acknowledge that others find themselves in very different positions.

Being brutally pragmatic, I'm bang-on right in saying that neither of my posited extreme outcomes would be - in purely financial terms - worth anything.

However, you're also right to point out that, emotively/psychologically rather than financially speaking, clarity would have some significant value to many.

Depends what angle you come at it from.

It's also arguable which of my two possible extreme outcomes would be worse, actually... . would it be better to have some ongoing glimmer of hope that this might come good at some unknown point in the future, (so one would carry on.. and on... and on... waiting) or to know that this was a done deal and over, (so one could move on)? I don't know and I'm also not in the most representative position to judge, either.

HITS, you say either reassurance or closure are not worth a damn. Unfortunately, that opinion is from someone who self admittedly has very little skin in the game.

From my point of view as someone with a quite a bit of skin in the game and I am sure I speak for others here, both of those outcomes are worth a huge amount. Even confirmation that this is over would be a welcomed line in the sand once and for all to allow holders to put this down as bad experience and move on with their lives and not look back.

This old chestnut again.

A purely personal view... regarding a shareholder forced EGM, that ship has long sailed. ABH put the mockers on that one when he got Resolution 5 passed on a show of hands - and those of us with longer memories will recall that certain BB gurus assured everyone that such a show of hands vote wasn't even possible. Anyhow...

You have to ask yourself what's to be gained from forcing an EGM? Clarity maybe... but what are the two possible outcomes of such clarity? Either A. ABH is working full steam ahead on trying to make something commercial out of CTAG and in so doing, return some PI value or B. It's all been a complete con and all PIs' money has been spunked up the wall on hookers and coke.

Right... and now what, in either circumstance? You've either got reassurance or closure at the very best. Neither is worth a damn. Begging the question then... what's the point?

I don't deny that PIs morally deserve clarity - it's PI hard-earned money after all that's disappeared into the black hole - but when have moral obligations ever meant anything on AIM?

I have long been of the opinion that we should be looking to appoint a shareholder representative onto the board, to find out exactly what is going on. If there's nothing to hide- how could Amit object to this?

"....re BLVN but same sort of principle..."
& remarkably, some might say, a similar sort of 'investor' :

Given that an ex 'investor' on here,
who posted that this was nothing other than 'Fraud with a value of 0.00p'
who then dumped his 'investments' at 1p during 2018's Health Expo week.

So.... WHO exactly is leading BLVN's revolt......

The patent description is a tweak on the standard-of-care inflatable blood pressure cuff, built into a wearable that might be smaller, connected and sport a touchscreen.’

I am all for looking for the positives (if there are any) in all this, I am just struggling, like many others, to see them.

Let's see what H2 brings – I won't hold my breath though.

It may have been mentioned on this board, but the reality is entirely different outside of it! 'Data is key' was mentioned by ABH, he didn't say where or how it would be implemented, if at all - it could just have been one of his general comments to imply they (Cloudtag) were collating this data, as, I am sure are others with a lot more clout! For all we know now, he could just be doing his darndest to flog whatever is left just to salvage some credibility out of this never-ending saga.

'I will wow the market' never seemed so far away now. Again, actions speak louder than words, and there seems to be very little of either coming our way.

HITS, White Label/OEM has been raised on this BB sometime ago. I havn't just discovered it; I am resurrecting it.
If it is the accuracy of our data that is key and CTAG has jack sheite market presence, it is the most logical step imo

Dougal, out of sheer interest, what is it - apart from the fact that you've only recently discovered such a thing exists - that makes you think that CYAG might be involved in a white labelling type deal?

White label manufacturing - better known as OEM manufacture - has been around for decades, but It wouldn't seem to apply to CTAG in the least. You'll find it when a company has a design and its own mass production facilities in place to manufacture such but doesn't itself have the volume demand for whatever it's turning out.

This should not be confused with either sub-contract manufacturing or licence to manufacture and sell.

Don't want to harp on about the 9m 2016 fund raise but it seems CTAG future is all about White Label and this DHP. Controversial, I know

White Label:

A white label product is manufactured by one company and packaged and sold by other companies under various brand names. The end product appears as though it has been manufactured by the marketer. The benefit for the manufacturer and the marketer is that the manufacturer can concentrate on making the product or service and focus on cost savings, and the marketer can invest in marketing and selling the product.

Data, transparency etc etc.
14 Jun '18
Having long held a view this might eventually come to something, I firmly believe now it won't. The silence is deafening. The way shareholders have been treated is nothing short of a disgrace and he (ABH) continues to have scant disregard for the shareholders treating this as his own personal venture. Yes, he's clearly at the helm, no, he hasn't delivered yet, and I don't believe he will. When you look at the shares in circulation, plus we have no idea how his personal funding (we are led to believe) would affect the shares situation.

A few hints at a high-level appointment is hardly an update, is it? A link to a Cloudtag reference and a link to an obesity crisis for goodness sake.

Data collection – Who's farming this data and refining it now?

Transparency? I don't think he knows or cares what the word transparency means. No communication on the disappearing 'Onitor.com' link justs adds to the frustration. Perhaps I can't see the bigger picture, but believe me, I really am trying too!
