Todays buyers are buying a company valued at £3.6m with:
£5m annual re-occurring revenue already, plus;
20 year DRC contract valued at £200m
Saudi contract estimated £8m per annum
Iran Nucleur deal estimated £24m per annum
Zero debt
No funding issues for the foreseeable future
years ago when that Chairman was installed we would be in trouble...unfortunately I'm proving to be right. Jobs for the boys comes to mind!
Can you run a business with turnover of nearly £4 million and show a loss on a regular basis. Well, you bid for contracts with very little profit in them, then win one or two, then operate them, then because no one else wants them, you then run them at a loss. How pathetic is that....and its our money!!!
We have a buy!!!
Wouldn't want to be out of this over the weekend!!!!
Prospective new funders will want a lower and lower price for diluted shares to cover themselves. Its hard to sell yet to be issues shares in advance at a higher price than those to be issued (pre-selling). As shareholders dump as they have learnt by experience what is going to happen it is forcing the price down. Who will fund at a higher price than the current share price. It is too difficult to sell these hares in advance and at a premium. Hence the fall. Funders now hesitate wanting cheaper and cheaper shares.
One of the easiest companies to see dilution coming and no one wants part of it any longer. People are tired of funding failure....
wonder what it will take for Pete to know its time to go.......
B
1.05p….. oh oh…. 1p looming…. B
Dump Continues
JL76… you are a bit of a d1ck….. I know lots of peeps who “have bought at a tenth”.. but guess what ….shares usually go down by 90% for a reason…. and not many then go on to recover…. And since when did you become the BB police……Let’s hope for another rip roaring day….. B
Lol
I sold at 43 p
It’s all there in the history. Made a handsome profit as well
Unlike you.
I’ve bought a share at probably a tenth of the price you negative posters bought at and you have the nerve to tell me it’s a bad investment. Lol
Why does it bother you so much though
Not sure why your so obsessed with other posters
It’s not the amount of money these negative posters have lost that I feel sorry about
It’s the amount of life they’ve lost still posting daily about WSG.
It’s becoming a very unhealthy obsession and life is passing them by.
Lol Bilge…. So how do you know DRC is not dead…. So Pete saying “it’s encouraging progress” does it for you does it….Last year his retort to sceptical shareholders was that “ it’s a formality”…. So with 18 months of formality, why does he still need to talk about “making progress”…..The sharp brains amongst us will also have spotted that his KSA will contribute to 2022 and beyond from his last update has now lost the 2022 contribution….Liberia is “waiting” for ground to be allocated… was that not specified in the contract of June 2021… also Liberia has now lost timescales…. So ain’t turning up anytime soon…. We once again wait for an MSC to pump life in to our dead parrot… going by the SP today, I think this parrot died a bit more today…. There is no quick fix here… Pete resignation would lift the sp more than a new contract I suspect… believers keep believing…. I watch mr parrot on fire, sailing off in to the sunset….B
Wow Drc,Iran and Liberia. We all had similar thoughts years ago but guess what? Before these biggies there used to be "MOUs" , I am pretty sure that pete had some other East African contracts too who were at advsnced stages however he stopped mentioning them. Ratification was meant to be a formality but half an year later we still have not received it. However pete raised significant amount of money for this contact to meet "pre-contractual expenses" I was wondering if he had spent that money too on his clan. Pete is itching to pull out a contract to get this placing away. His usual tricks are not working, perhaps he can come up with something innovstive....You know things are tough when usual suspects have moved away from "pumping and dumping" it.It used to be a gauranteed "p&d" but PF has killed any sentiment.
So.. Yrab’s Parrot Pig is not dead. It’s not dressed in spendies and lipstick and it is not asking for more cash. DRC is clearly still on, as is Liberia and yes, there is even a chance of Iran coming good. Its income is increasing faster than its expenses and it is eyeing up several mahaousive contracts. Odd therefore that so many here are jumping up and down squealing foul. I don’t think they are trying to fool anyone, patience is required. Ten years I hear them shout, yeah well good things do come. At this price it’s a steal and I suspect those knocking will be first in the queue when the buying begins. In the meantime they will continue to press their increasingly limp looking case as they clearly have nothing better to do.
It all started about 5 years ago...when...can give any details of contracts etc etc...yeah right on....LMAO
EVEN THE PUMP TRADERS MOVED AWAY SLOWLY....
You have been very spot on with ALL your posting here....imo
In the end all is well a company wsg came of a difficult time to provide a future backed by thousand's of investors so let it continue. Leave if your not happy real invested like me will stay to the end
Kread…. He cloaks placings RNS in “a transformational contract” that requires expenses… as he hasn’t had one of those yet, he cannot get his placing away… he wants the spike to get more “expenses”…. but at a penny, he will struggle to find placees who haven’t been burnt before….so he will wait for that next biggy and he has already threatened there may be a new contract before end of year… so that’s his chance, until then, he and his family live on fumes…..B
You do know that company neeeds 5 million to cover administration cots !Million dollar question is where will pete get 5 million from?As I said Pete has ran out of options, 5 years ago this update would have got market excited and we may have seen 50% rise but Pete has used these tricks too many times and nobody is going to fall for these.
How many so called intelligent peeps who have all the knowledge have predicted or stated there will be a placing, there will be a placing, all this year over and over and over again. Been watching form the side-lines and these peeps a laughable in their postings. Have a read of you're history and I d be surprised if you was not a tad embarrassed at all the calls you got wrong.
Is this some sort of macho feeling that if it did happen you can say you called it. On the flip side though we all know it just a guessing game.
Onwards and upwards from here me thinks.
Groundhog day I am afraid Misty... we will be told late Nov that the opportunities slipped in to 2023.....just like those 2020 and 2021 ones did.... unfortunately they don't actually exist.. but as long as Pete can show "an enquiry" form, then its a fish.... the fact he never catches them doesnt matter...... B
I want to know how this gets signed off/. I'll be asking the Nomad in 6 months once again if they are happy with their due diligence
"...... we remain optimistic we can meet 2022 financial year market expectations."
Looks like my sp guess has proven accurate… 7% down on an encouraging H1 report…..good job it wasn’t poor… lol….wonder how his cornerstone investors are feeling after having their trousers pulled down at 5.7p….. and the 4p brigade when we reset in 2020
