On the whole, that looks at first read, like a pretty damn good deal, I am struggling to find anything within it that I would deem poor, they held out well on this, and it looks like it has paid off handsomely in maintaining a decent stake along with all the other bells & whistles in the deal... GREAT work...
No point stressing about how the price is going to react.. what will be will be.
That said, expecting better reaction than JOG.
"Chariot will retain a 30% and 37.5% interest in Lixus and Rissana
respectively, with ONHYM maintaining a 25% stake in each licence"
Its a great deal, Chariot still retain a healthy chunk of the pie.
Very nice RNS for you guys in this dreadful market we are currently in.
Yep, sounds great - Lets get moving
Been in this share for about 10 years and that's glorious news!
Can I have an 'IMMINENTLY' from everyone!
Bacon butty for me this morning !
Superb RNS
....
RNS
Plenty of share price sizzle going on đđ maybe there will something under our tree from Char đĽł
To be fair, we're all starting to wonder - silence does that to you. JOG for example has published it's farm out details - a good deal by all accounts and it went up 15% . It's just the way things are with AIM at the moment. 15% on CHAR would take it to 16 so KB may not be far off. It's already a 10 bagger since 2018 taking into account dilutions etc.
Think heâs just trying to wind up kb/Smyth đ
NewK. Why would you think we could have another raise?????
You are a bad man for even suggesting such a thing!
Spot on Wizzard, many thanks to you and B4Now, very useful.
Rgds Sft
For me our SP is behaving like someone knows the 'actual' timelines and using this to their advantage as opposed to the ones being feed via woolly RNS's to Joe Public. Sub 14p placing once more, Oh boy !!!
Just my opinion & DYOR
Hi Surfit - the european gas hub is a good source of info. You are correct about the maths it is a bit of a nightmare - volumes ft3 and m3 & scuffs then energy price âŹ/ kWh and $/ft3 and even reference to Boe..!!
https://www.europeangashub.com/gas-price-volatility-eased-in-november.html
And finally Vet just in case you are wondering why I am so disillusioned -
In April 2022 we were at a high of 23.9p and since then the following "positive" RNS's have landed -
July 22 Material Increase in Gas Resources Offshore Morocco
Sep 22 Chariot partners with Total Eren on a green hydrogen project in Mauritania
Sep 22 Pipeline Tie-in Agreement Signed in Morocco
Nov 22 Green Hydrogen Pilot Projects in Morocco
Dec 22 Moroccan Gas Sales Principles Agreed
May 23 Partnership Agreement between Chariot and Vivo Energy to Develop Gas to Industry Market in Morocco
Aug 23 Signing of New Moroccan Onshore Licence
Oct 23 Environmental Impact Assessment Approval received for Anchois
Partner announcement is "supposedly" due any day now with hints at a "major"
And today's share price as I post this message is 13.82p đ¤ˇââď¸
No need to wonder Vet as I have openly stated previously that I am sitting on a five figure loss.
As for my comment about breaking 18p I am sorry if you think I am belittling the possibility of chariot's chances but it is a genuine concern. We have to remember that chariot now has approximately 1.07 billion shares in comparison to 236 million when I first invested into this fairytale of unicorns and rainbows. I have no doubt chariot has been a cash cow for traders but sadly, unlike many on here I am not a trader. As such I think that is why kb comes in for so much personal attacks as they see my comments as damaging their chances ofđclapping......Personally I am not so sure kb's posts carry so much clout as I have stated many a time that I am just a disillusioned long term holder who lives in hope that this fairytale will have a happy ending, but chariot isn't making it easy for me to get excitedđ¤ˇââď¸
As I seen a few of these yesterday - "This message has been filtered, please adjust your filters to view"
A message for my troll fans please remember you are on "filter" so you'd be better posting some of your apparent "wealth of knowledge" instead of trolling a poster who has you on filter đ
Have often wondered if KB lost alot on Chariot and has a bit of a vendetta. Comments like will the sp even hit 18p on a farmout seek to belittle news before it comes. Who knows. Maybe just a frustrated holder like many of us.
Gtrzak, get used to it. They seem to be the last with RNS releases. Another day waiting đ
Shouldnât this come out in an RNS?
kb,and newktb,
of course i am waiting like everyone else for the farm out.
chariot have moved on from namibia , but it has a residual interest in block beside that held by galp. so you never know.
i do like the onshore morocco gas prospects which could de risk the sub nappe offshore where there are giant gas prospect.
the sp**** announcements donât leave a lot to discuss.
hopefully, an rns soon on the mauritania pilot plant project.
jimmy
Ianfer, I think weâre all a little frustrated/disappointed that the Farm In is taking longer than hoped/planned for, however kingbilly has been posting the same stuff, day in, day out, ad nauseam for almost a year now.
In addition, and at the same time, heâs attacked respected posters for sharing their invaluable research, and has ultimately driven them off the BB with his rubbish!
His latest post is case in point. He takes a pop at Jimmy for posting relevant info, calls him a âhappy clapperâ (or something else from his pathetic repertoire) then has the brass neck to ask him âfor his thoughtsâ. You honestly couldnât make it up. The guyâs an absolute headcase!!
