Abkaz - lol.
But nice use of the word "we". Subtle move.
Looed, I see what you mean đ€Łđ€Łđ€Ł
His posts are about you because youâve posted on this board about 3000 times, since appearing shortly before delisting, as a self-proclaimed intermediary dropping nudges and winks that news is just around the corner. Well weâve turned the corner about 5 times and still nothing.
We donât know if your intentions are benign or not and itâs obviously useful to have court proceedings updated to speculate upon but itâs hard not to conclude that the company is using this slow drip of information to avoid issuing any genuine updates.
Thats a great find cymro1864.
I wonder if she rubbed shoulders with SN who was still very involved with the Atlantic Council at the time.
This boards becoming a no go area lol
Good news and an incentive for Mapp to write to newly appointed
CEO of HL. I need to have access to my on-line account before
FRR is back again. I was expected to move but decided to stay for any
change is time consuming and high risk. Shares get lost and are kept safely
when an account is frozen. I missed super opportunities and successfully traded
HL and LSEG on the LSE Board where I was treated like a nuisance for I know nothing
about any of the shares I commented on.
Sheâs an interesting new Ambassador Looed.
At an Atlantic Council forum in 2016 she said -
ROBIN DUNNIGAN: Well, first of all, thank you for having me. I always learn something at the events and reports from the Atlantic Council. So I think itâs very helpful to do forums like this.
So you are right, it is not new that the United States has been interested in and supportive of European energy security. I mean, earlier in my career I worked on the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan pipeline, which the United States was a huge supporter of that pipeline, as Ambassador Morningstar knows. We donât have a single commercial interest in that pipeline.

Jv123 - and this really is my last post on this. In your last 20 posts "discussing' FRC you are in fact discussing me in 13 of them. That should baffle anyone.
She has 4 priorities...
"Third, I will strengthen bilateral trade and investment, including by
increasing opportunities for U.S. companies in Georgia and for Georgian
investment in the United States. I will vigorously promote U.S. exports and
encourage reforms to foster a fair and transparent business environment. I will
also work with the Georgian government to defend against potential coercive
economic practices, including from Russia and the Peopleâs Republic of China."
Looed - my previous messages are most definitely not troll like. They stated a relevant point regarding communication. You seem to take that as a direct criticism of you because you have become the voice of the company on this board. Your input, albeit valuable in a generic sense, doesnât excuse the fact the company chooses to communicate with only a couple of shareholders, while others, who have tried ito engage ( yes, thatâs true) receive no response. That is an issue IMO.
The fact that you feel that is somehow a personal criticism of you baffles me?
Iâll leave it at that.
Hi Lifeishard - It is just another cycle of troll like activity. They post, then get a reply, then try to twist is as though they are being attacked / offended / insulted and its other party that is the issue, accuse any replier as touchy / rude / has ulterior motives to try and ferment division, then go quiet for a while, then try to start the whole thing again. It's incessant on other boards so we are lucky in that regard.
Regarding court news, there should be some movement in August - barring any continuance - in Mourant v SN. As FRC v Mourant settled out of court, let's hope that was a global settlement that covers this case as well.
The US Senate has confirmed a new Ambassador to Georgia. Dunnigan is a seasoned political player with a track record in energy related policies and will take up her position soon. This is her bio from her now completed State Dept role -
"Robin Dunnigan is the Deputy Assistant Secretary responsible for Central and Eastern Europe in the Bureau of European and Eurasian Affairs. She served previously as ChargĂ© dâAffaires and Deputy Chief of Mission of the U.S. Embassy in Austria from July 2018 to July 2021.
A career member of the Senior Foreign Service with the rank of Minister Counselor, Ms. Dunnigan joined the State Department in 1992. She served as Deputy Assistant Secretary in the Department of Stateâs Bureau of Energy Resources from August 2014 to August 2017. In this role, she directed U.S. energy diplomacy to ensure that energy resources were used to promote sustainable global economic growth and stability and strengthen U.S. national security.
Ms. Dunnigan has also served at U.S. embassies in Vietnam, Chile, Turkey, Cuba and El Salvador, working extensively on trade and investment, energy, and sanctions issues. In Washington, Ms. Dunniganâs assignments included Director for the Office of Europe, the Western Hemisphere and Africa in the Energy Bureau, as well as positions in the Bureau of Near Eastern Affairs and on the staff of the Secretary of State in the Operations Center.
Ms. Dunnigan is a distinguished graduate of the National War College, where she earned a Master of Science in National Security Strategy. She also received a Master of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of California at Berkeley. Ms. Dunnigan speaks Spanish, as well as some German, Turkish, and Vietnamese."

Jv123 - its a little bit bonkers the number of posts you have talking about me. You are either courting me for information with - "To help me sleep better at night, could you elaborate further" or complaining about me.
A pity you couldn't use that time constructively researching for information or trying to make inroads with the company yourself. If you can't be bothered then don't feel affronted when people who do make the effort present information here. If you don't want to rely on me for information, then don't.
You would be more credible if you popped on and asked "anyone have a project I can take on that I can devote some time to so we can better understand our situation?".
So please change track as your present course of action is helping no one. I won't reply to these why-oh-why messages anymore and hope you are able to find the info you are looking for.
Jv123, how irate would your messages on this board be without the information found by the sleuths??? Am guessing none existent, like this board would be without all the sleuths hard work!! Aiming at one ?? Why??? Seems to me that some after all these years of nothing , now of all times we seem to havevnews and updates on court cases etcâŠ.. now a few have the hairs on their backs up.! Strange, very very strange!
GLA real holders
Go kick the cat. Any cat. Nothing against cats btw.
Looed - you donât like when someone doesnât see things the way you do. Youâre always a bit touchy when the topic of comms is raised. Why?
Bottom line is this - no one should be excluded from communication flow from this company. I should not have to rely on you ( a person I donât know and have no dealings with ) to be my source of information - especially when that information comes direct from the company. If you think that is a perfectly suitable way of delivering comms, then maybe you are deserving of criticism.
My aim isnât to cause division- what would I gain from that ??? But I am entitled to my opinion and I will express it when I feel I want to. Understood !
Atb
There could be hat little red RNS dot one day, and one day Rodders!!!!
Thanks toatie and hope you are keeping well.
Well said mate cheers.
And it is divisive to talk about âthem and usâ and âselected shareholdersâ that perpetuates the unrest you keep harping on about. You presumably come here for information about the company but try to sow seeds of dissent by complaining about the information gathering from which you benefit. Bizarre.
What does âselected shareholdersâ even mean â they put our names in a hat and some got lucky? Again, you try to create division.
The company did not proactively âexcludeâ you. It is merely that you did not (assuming you tried to) present yourself as a resource that could be useful at various points in time and which could have resulted in some degree of reciprocity.
A cold, calculating, corporate entity - especially one that is a Caymans Exempt entity - isnât going to crack because of a few people frothing and foaming on a BB.
Lets end this discussion there.
So, no plan of action that I can see.
The company has already released a number of formal statements in the press which include statements on Outrider, ZM and its relations with the GG and its engagement in Georgia. I am sorry that those formal releases donât fit whatever bespoke messaging delivery service you prefer.
The fact that a few shareholders have managed to penetrate the company iron curtain, who do what they can to hold on to these tenuous relationships, and pass on whatever they can here has no bearing on the decision by the company to hold off on direct comms until a time of their choosing.
I have lost count of the number of times I see âany newsâ and then endless complaining when I get some. It is self-defeating to take the efforts of those with an âinâ and use said efforts as a way to bash the company. Why would anyone share anything?
Complain away about direct comms but donât close the door on the few who are doing all they can to get something from the company and who occasionally succeed.
Avi8r â that did make me chuckle.
Little point in arguing. We're in the situation were in whatever now. It annoys me that they couldn't get it together more quickly. Still we are waiting, in theory possibly some progress but we don't really know until (if) this comes good. To me it looks like we are down to YA and coming to terms with them before the court date, then getting a new license agreement from the GOGC. Preferably the sooner the better. My guess is though we've probably got a good two months to wait for the YA thing at least and will just have to see from there. At the moment at least not too long to wait on that I guess.
Not sure why everyone is getting upset by what Abkaz said tbh. I didnt read it as he was getting at looed in particular but who knows
4.5 years down the line and not one peep to shareholders. but a whole mountain of costs incurred. Who will eventually foot the bill not the lovely stevie boy thats for certain
I think we can all agree that it is completely bizarre that the company communicates with only a selected few SHs. If they know (which I assume they do) their individual comms gets filtered down via this chat board, then why not just release a formal statement through the correct channels ? One update of a general nature would be enough to satisfy SHs - for now anyway. And it would stop this âthem and usâ situation.
We all have a stake in this company and thus, we all deserve to be kept up to date with whatâs going on.
It shouldnât be a case of who shouts loudest or who persists more , or who finds an angle to gain exception
status - we are all the same.
The manner in which the company has conducted itself over the last 4 years is extremely poor. They should be ashamed of themselves. Taking peoples hard earned money and turning it into nothing and then refusing to communicate. Fekin disgraceful !
Looed - as long as the company persists with this âthen and usâ comms strategy there will be unrest in the FRR camp. No one likes to be excluded.
Sorrey for the spelling mistakes! I was ranting
