Personal attacks won't change my views!!!!
Not to stick up for the directors at BMR but we were making progress on the plant, but we didn't have the money to complete it. Remember we were supposed to receive a few million from ACI and we didn't. So you are incorrect to say the funds were there.
Whether it's all been intentional in order to give away the asset, I don't know, and I doubt anyone will ever know. The main suspicion for me leads back to when the licence was revoked. Even the BOD at BMR have their suspicions of foul play, and I can tell you for a fact that we only just got the licence back by the skin of Borrelli's teeth!
I posted a few months back about the litigation money. AB had mentioned to me that they had offered around £200k but was confident we could get more, and it was imminent. So yes, the settlement is in the region of £300k+, and if you want to know the actual figure, it will be published in the next set of financial results in December. And before you say "I don't believe you even spoke to Borrelli", bear in mind that you recently said Borrelli doesn't respect BMR Watch, and we wouldn't be able to get a meeting with him. Well we did get a meeting, and he's happy to have further meetings in future so your judgement was way off the mark.
Must correct you there when you say "what choice did Borelli have?"
The funds were there, raised in placings and warrant issues. And we were told at various stages that the works were progressing nicely. We were also told various components needed for the internal circuitry had been ordered and were en route.
And what do we have to show for it? Well it's difficult to tell because no photos have been released of the site for some considerable time. Now why is that? If the build had progressed as we were told, Borelli would be falling over himself to release more photos. All we can see is a few random chunks of concrete and a rusting steel shell left over from the Massoud Where Am I Alikhani days.
Truth is we were lied and lied to so I'm afraid your assertion just doesn't stand up to scrutiny. Please accept that we aren't just negative because we like to be like Victor Meldrew.
As regards the the £300k value of the settlement, we only have your word for that. No official statement has confirmed it. Nor do we know whether it will all disappear in the supposed acquisition. Now I'm not suggesting you are also lying, but like Thomas, I prefer to see the wounds so I can make my own mind up.
Clearly Bozzerelli doesn't think it will or he wouldn't have given it all away. Then again...........
He does have a nice Fish tank though XD
Talking of forgetting what you have said in the past, you said you were in South America until mid-November. So your post from this morning would have been at 04:30am local time, that's a bit early to be up and posting isn't it?
Tell the truth, mike, you haven't got a boat and you're not from South Africa...
You talk a lot of garbage... You still haven't approached me on BMR Watch to get my credentials. According to you, you are a member, and you've read the discussion board, so you should have access to it.
It's not like you to be shy, mike. Come talk to me...
Vig, I haven't got a clue as we don't know what level of dilution will come about with the acquisition, and what type of business that will be. However, I would imagine that our MC will be much higher once we get the full benefit of the Royalties.
I will believe it when I see it. Not what what someone tells me its true (see the difference ?)
That might be JLP's problem, they now have the Kabwe project and must take on all of the financial risk. I've taken a look at their balance sheet and they don't appear to be making any money at present from their platinum operations. That's your reason for the fall in JLP SP.
By the time BMR acquires a business and re-lists, we should know how much the 12.5% Royalty is worth to us, and that should give us a lot more value. I don't know what the SP will be upon re-listing but I can tell you it won't be that low.
The Copper lies were under MA. So you're tarring all BMR and JLP directors with the same brush? You're saying they are all crooks?
You're putting words in my mouth. I've never suggested I'm going to bale out at the bottom. I'm just making the point that the pre-delisting price of 1.95p is now utterly irrelevant. Think about it. The price of JLP at the time of delisting was around 3p. Since then they have continued to grow profitable production of platinum more or less in line with expectations and are bringing several other projects on line in near future. They are also fully funded. and now own most of the Kabwe project. Yet the SP has fallen by almost a third since.
Conversely, BMR have pretty much given away all our assets whilst only retaining a small future royalty payable only when the project hits full profitability.
What do you surmise is the realistic SP value were we to relist tomorrow? I thought I was being generous at 0.05p.
> Copper was real, I saw photos sent by MA to a member of II
> Timescales were real, I saw copies of them sold by member of the 'slime dump'
> Santa Claus is real, I get presents at Christmas
> Tooth fairy is real, I once got sixpence under the pillow
> MA = Copper
> AB = Vanadium
> SM = Kryptonite (?)
Can you see a pattern emerging here ??
3card, I guess it's the uncertainty surrounding Kabwe that has caused the supressed SP in JLP. They haven't really got a lot going on at the moment so Kabwe is an important project to them, and us.
I think you're missing the point about re-listing. The plan is to acquire a business then re-list, I'm pretty certain we won't be re-floating at anywhere near 0.05p, but if you want to sell your shares at that price, more fool you.
Hi Vig, he didn't say much other than they plan to take the Vanadium out at the very beginning of the process, when they extract the Zinc. I can't say much more. I was just making the point that it must exist if JLP have also confirmed it.
Have you read the meeting summary on the BMR Watch website? Full details from the meeting are there.
If the riches from Vanadium are to be believed, why does JLP's SP continue to be on it's knees. Which begs the question, if their SP is on it's knees what would our opening price be on relisting? 0.05p perhaps if we're lucky?
It's one thing to mention it, quite another to jorc it
Not only has the Vanadium been published by BMR, it's also been mentioned frequently by JLP. They have confirmed that it can be extracted. I'm also privy to what Colin Bird had to say about their plans for the Vanadium. So if you're doubting its existence, you're doubting a lot of people...
Allegedly !!
3card, isn't there a big difference here? The copper didn't even exist. The Vanadium does.
Wouldn't that be great? But bear in mind we heard the same noises from Massoud Alikhani about the vast riches we would make from copper which was shooting up in price. But it all turned out to be lies just before he joined Ernest Saunders in the asylum. None of the supposed copper resources were jorced and as far a I know, the same applies to the vanadium. We shall see in due course.
Nawww, VIG, I'm over it. I only lost what I could afford. A small punt if ya liike :)
It's only money, and 'what is money to a grasshopper?' as my erstwhile Ghanaian workmate occasionally enquired.
I suppose the guy with the lower average stands more of a chance of getting his money back. Time will tell.
The problem with averaging down is every time someone else rips you off you lose even more money. So thats a none starter for sure.
I pity that guy that posted his purchases some years ago every time he 'averaged down' He must have lost a fortune (or did he ??)
