That could be great news, if our share is £50m then that will go to pay off even more debt.
This stock is looking even more attractive now and could / should push the sp up to £1 no trouble. bring it on it's about time for all of us that have been locked in here for many years.
Selling it 'for £100m' per Sky - https://news.sky.com/story/hovis-owners-eye-chance-to-make-dough-with-100m-sale-12003510
Is PFD one of those one hit wonders that is benefitting hugely from a change in behaviour, but when things get back to normal sales will drop and margins will reduce as supermarkets get involved in price wars? Expecting excellent results in a few weeks but not sure about the latter part of the year.
The full results will appear later than June, but the 'nuts and bolts' ie, the headline financial data will be published this month.
My reading is that the prelims are still due at the end of June, whilst the full Annual Report will come later. All the key info we need should be in the prelims.
Yes they did.
But I've been in contact with PFD and this was the response they gave Monday morning.
Sounds interesting though I didn't think it would be delayed this length of time.
Didn't they say "by the end of June?"
The year end results were going to be out in May but were delayed because of coronavirus until end of june, and that's from PFD themselves.
So not that long now.
The 2019/20 report won't be available until July and website will be updated at this time.
15th-16th was set date, or I am mistaking for previous one?
I reckon it's all linked in with completion of the pension transfers.
I would imagine it will be this week.
Just wondering why their is still no news when the financials will be posted. Appreciate they said by end of June, but that's only three weeks away, so you would think they would now be in a position to give a date?
This share is cooking !
Don't care what happens now that we've touched 50p.
Can't believe it's less than 2 months since I topped up at 27p
Follow the trend
Not ........sellling.......ANY... bloody hard not to. But agree, 65p and more
Next stop 65
Wow...
This has been a good day indeed !
It’s interesting how the markets have reacted today with the new stimulus packages from Europe and the US.
And we can see now which shares will rebound better once the actual recovery begins in earnest!
I am dropping my AA shares for a start!
and put that cash into this .
Almost there...
Been saying that for years ……… Probably coffin before dividend !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL
samson123, I personally don't see any dividend this year. A period of consolidation (oh how I detest that word) will be the company's priority first. OMO.
(responding to @persimmon's post): From the RNS of 6th May: "the Company intends now to release its Preliminary results by the end of June. Confirmation of the exact reporting date will be provided nearer the time"; on the company's Investor Relations section calendar "End of June 2020 - exact date to be confirmed".
Dogger me too paid £'s I now refuse to sell until I get a dividend (sheer bloody mindedness now !!!!!)
