A year has passed since these were announced. I have just asked the Westminster group for an update on both contracts announced a year ago. Bet I don’t get a reply hahaha
We are pleased to announce another contract within Africa.
Contract Award: 10 Year Managed Services Contract – Freeport of Monrovia, Liberia
The Freeport of Monrovia, Liberia is described as 'the gateway to the Liberian Economy'
The new contract further strengthens our presence in the continent and is a perfect addition to our managed services portfolio.
Westminster Group is pleased to announce the signing of our latest multi-million USD managed services contract.
Westminster’s Services Division has been awarded a long-term (20+year) managed services contract to provide security services to 5 airports in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (“DRC”).
Contact the Fooler on LinkedIn. He’s still very positive lol. Loads of connections on there earning a nice wage from shareholders money.
It’ll be back to bucket shop death spiral finance next. Nobody is going to fall for a Fooler placement so soon after the recent catastrophe’s. He has no carrots to dangle.
I see this staying in the 1’s and sliding further. Those waiting for 10p are in fantasy land, even 3p is a pipe dream.
How will fowler raise money moving forward?
He has had a steady stream of people gobbling placement shares in the past- can this continue?
I think you'll find that even Wedding Planners have a completion date in the diary.
Come on AH21, it’s only 90% down over 5 years….and halved in a year… remember when we got upset at the 4p placing … oh for 4p now….. I am sure Pete is relaxed… a placing at 1p can put us in the billion shares club…..now that would be worth another award…. Only about 40m in circ about 6 /7 years ago I think……Should have been a wedding planner with all that confetti about…..B
It’s an utter crock of crap. Queens award your a laugh.
Another cracker in the bag lol.
Contract
Westminster awarded new $300,000 contract in North Mali
Deserves an award for excellence in my opinion.
Where would the world of security be without this genius?
Presentation has done wonders here Pete.
It must be your long term record of integrity, ability to consistently deliver, shareholder interaction, reluctance to dilute shareholders and your open and transparent business model. Well done
Let’s hope they were misled by the nomad like so many others have. Now that would be interesting
spreadex reducing.... does that % drop add up to the big chunk sold last week me wonders......... taken a big hit anyways as they were bought at 4p I think....... Agh well, I am sure Pete will see the positives in it...... B
Reece, can I have some of what your on?
Wsg has been running 30 years now? And never made a profit, but for 30 years has paid a fine salary to one of the best con artists going all at the expense of share holders.
Market cap now £7M, so the same as annual revenues..... however, wsg make no profit so still looks expensive..... wonder if Pete will ever be able to say "double digit" again..... I miss it.... and with a gloomy economic outlook for the country/planet..... cannot see a recovery this year..... B
Ive heard all of that before...all positive stuff, but where is the PROFIT??? They seen to win contracts by undercutting everyone else, then work on such a slim margin for little reward.
Doesn’t bode well when the sp continues to slide straight off the back of a market presentation…he had the opportunity to showcase the future prospects and all he did was open 4 jars of jam that he brought to the 2019, 2020 and 2021 events….he has been talking of big revenues every year that never materialise…. And if I hear him wiggle on about “multiple revenue streams” one more time I might just scream and scream until I am sick…..B
Trouble is he hasn't really had to deal with any of the problems, he just passes the problem (cash) onto his shareholders every time, the shareholders have had to put up with a cash call every 6 months for the last 5 years.
I reckon if you were to ask the customer any of these supposed prospects that are imminent they would probably just reply "who ? oh yeah we made a small enquiry a few years ago but we didnt go any further, he pesters us every 6 months though hoping for an upbeat message" !!
Fingers crossed
Sorry if your a full time derampers than Wsg will be under 1p
Stop smoking
Problems he’s had to deal with . 1/ trump sanctions when signing 500 million contract 2/covid over 2 years travel restrictions 3/war in Ukraine .A few majors issues over the last few years ,yet we are still here winning awards signing contracts and probably the worst behind us .Let’s not forget the constant battering on this forum also ,no wonder the shareprice is at 2p ,there is probably a likely chance of 10p plus end of year .
And what? So are a few here.
He once said it's not his duty to manage/drive the SP.
That means he doesn't give a F.
He’s a large shareholder.
Aiming, I agree. Sent them numerous messages but every single one gets ignored. The standard copied and paste from 2017.
Different revenue streams. We're at 1p you tool. Who give a F if she share price is this bad?
Do I belive the tool or the SP.
Ffs lol
Reece, come on that is NEVER happening.
He doesn't care about shareholder value. The guys clueless. If it meant to further dilute the shares for another award he wouldn't think twice.
The guy has failed.
