Yes I was a bit, the 2p is going to be the placing price after the normal discount from the daily trading price so I might just wait a little while for it to settle down first and then buy, but it could then be 1.5p so I don't mind waiting.
You're just being silly now Jed. lol
I am thinking of buying back in at 2p so it looks like you should get out now.
OK RF68 at least now you have confirmed that this is your only investment, now tell us how many shares you have and how much money have you invested in vog.
£10k- £5k- £1k - £100 - £50.?
Come man up, or are you a lady ?
The trouble is that you are so defencive of vog because you have invested in it you cannot stand to see making negative comments that might drive your investments down. Tough.
That's what happens when you only invest and make comments on 1 company. If you haven't got the bottle or the money to invest in more then company and spread your risk your bound to lose out.
Have you got any other investments you want to tell us about where we can also make comments on.???
Thanks for finding all that, I wasn't going to troll all those posts and thought I would let you do it for me.
Well done but it does say I didn't sell my vog share to put into debs, it said I did hold some debs.
But this just goes to show how sad you are being more concerned about others than yourself.
I have lost money in Debs and Thoomas cook but made money out of Mars / ITV / AA / PFD etc etc. and so far made back about half of that so a little more to go that's life.
Good morning, you keep going onabout Debs.
Could you please show me and all the others where i posted that info. I think you will find that was another poster.
But coming back to vog, yes I have lost thousands in vog like almost everyone else and if you can show me someone that has made long term money from vog I take my hat off to them, but either way this is the stockmarket and all a big gamble. some stocks start out small with prospects and grow and make money, some stocks start out small spend all their money and end up small and broke that could be vog . we win some we lose that's life.
There you go splitting hairs with your semantics again.
For those poor sods who got sucked into the 2017 subscription at 57p it sure felt like a rights issue at the time.
Are you now just being pedantic, rights/ placing / funding it’s all the same.
But looking through the history much of which I took part in are the following fundraising / placing / equity issue etc etc etc.

Now there might be more but that's enough to worry about, and it 's all gone down the drain one way or another but I guess you will find some good reasons for it but it's not the shareholders fault.
You are 100% correct I over estimated MC by £10m a silly slip of the finger, but fair enough because that make the true position much worse with MC only £8m when some £250m had been flushed down the drain. But in all honesty who gives a fig when things are this bad only you it seems because whenever someone puts a little bit of negativity out there you are all over it like a rash, very sad.
So when is the next rights issue at 2p coming?
Sorry, I keep mixing you up with your alter ego. Or is that the plan to confuse everyone?
RF68 - I suspect Jed was referring to the M/Cap based on your 7p per share. On that basis it's easily worth £18 million. It's just that the news hasn't yet caught up with the value
This is because no one wants to buy the shares and they keep dropping the sp to gain buyers. Very sad after all these years of shareholders money down the drain what is it Oh yes about £250m for a company that's worth what about £18m.
Still someone new has to keep throwing money at it to pay the directors etc.
lol - keep flogging the dead horse.
2 x PMEs
Thank you, RF68. Very useful. I had not realised this detail. I shall have to lower my expectations on the Revenue forecast.
Just a reminder:
Possible prospects for the next 6 months:
a) $9m owed by ENEO will be paid (perhaps after receiving World Bank Funding)
b) Sale, or farm-out progress in Russia (and perhaps some conclusion at Kermokol).
c) Progress on Etinde/Aksa deal
d) resolving of legacy legal disputes
e) Matanda - licence extension, farm-out partner
f) LA-108 well remediation completed (even starting would be nice!)
g) sign up of new gas customers
h) The big one ! - Merger/takeover with either New Age or SEY.
-
Cash and cash equivalents at 31/05/20 of $5m.
Q22020 net revenue of $6.8m, an increase of 28% on Q12020 net revenue of $5.3m.
Unaudited net revenue for 2019 is $20.6m (audited accounts delayed currently). Hi2020 net revenue is S12.1m. Thus, with 2 new customers in Q3, we should conservatively expect to exceed 2019 net revenues.
I see Banjo's back with us.
