Thereâs quite a few posters on here owe Porkâs an apology..đ€đ©
VAL BOD - specialists in FAILURE.
If Porky's right, Suzy's got to go.
More money needed 6p
His alliance doesnât sleep lol , doesnât take long to appear on this board. He only made money in here but he made big mistake by investing other shares .That is not our fault it is his fault. Donât try to play smart on here.
He doesnât hold now so weâre in the clear.
What a shame he bought VAL in the past... I suppose you better sell then?
Thats a cracking line, made me giggle that one.
Haha PM that is very true. This guy doesnât know where to invest when to invest what to invest .
Surely that should mean NYCT will also go bust. Best to watch that stock because when Porky is positive stocks go bust when negative they fly. Maybe NYCT is a good short.
Mr pig , have you invested Helium one ? It is about to go bust too just like DDDD oh what a shame.
And another nothing day. Let's hope you can pull off miracles Suzy!
Suzy , send the news and get this pig to shut up with his allies.
No need for that - they've just raised 12 million at a small discount, but that's not something that needs talking about here. Let's see what Trx can do to complete the 1.6 million they were going to raise by this time 2 years ago. Keep it relevant.
Rats - maybe run back to Scancell. Your help is urgently needed!
Ratcliffe. I bought back nearly all the stock I had before for less than half the price on the back of Dilly's comments and Thx Euda merger news. Actual RNS'd factual news. Was happy to take the punt and remain of that opinion. Most people are acutely aware there is a vast difference between comments in a Q&A and actual RNS'd company news
PP - that'll be 'Dr Dilly's upbeat assessment' which you agree is 'blindingly obvious' is not worth the breath it is spoken with.
share4âŠ. rumours are flying around three or four of our most prolific posters have been auditioning for the would i lie to you christmas special. they passed the auditionâŠ. no bull **** âŠ..honestly đđđđ
Pork4 not that it matters what trolls such as you say, but just from a very brief scan, you can quite clearly see from my posts in late Sep (20th, 28th), I was not invested at VAL at that point. I topped up higher than 30 pal. Around 40 I think was my highest buy. Bought back in around mid October I think following Dr Dilly's upbeat assessment
It's amazing how many investors claim they lose so little. Topping up above 30p is right there in the archive but apparently offloaded between 27-17p when nothing was said about this and all was rosy, until we get to 10p where he's cussing and swearing. Ok I believe you.
In the September Q&A, Suzyâs expectation was to make a significant update re VAL201 before year end. In a very upbeat session she added âwith a good degree of certaintyâ and âif that wasnât the case we would have advised SHsâ.
To clarify, it is now 13th December and a SIGNIFICANT UPDATE ON 201 is still pending before year end.
Meanwhile, in the Porky corner his desperation is based on a low-ball placing. Month by month we continue to hear the same garbage we were hearing last JULY:
4 Jul - 4p placing; 4 Aug - if they can secure a placing at 3.5p I genuinely think they will do well; 25 Sep - Placing at 1-2p IF they can secure support; 4 Oct - Placing inbound at 4p; 1 Nov - See you at the 2p placing; 9 Dec - See you at the placing at 4p
5 months later and Porky is still playing the same record. His venom towards Val is all-consuming. He has nothing else to offer.
Remember, only a handful of days to year end. By all means DYOR but donât be one of those who makes a New Year resolution âin future, never to spurn a golden opportunity like I just did with Valirx.â
Not a lot of balance in your posts perhaps
Still deleting posts - LSE for balanced debate is at best a joke now
Prior to EVERY placing we see messages here âNo news is Good Newsâ
NO it is not. You need a CEO to drive through deals and a BOD that are act in shareholder interests not their own pockets.
As previous raises Suzy leaves it right until the death to raise. I have to say I genuinely thought that with the hype pump and ramping going on when the SP was driven on pure fresh air to 14p from 5p I thought Suzy would be smart enough to try and get the raise away at a higher price at that time.
Either she failed to secure support, didnât even try for support or perhaps just holding on in blind faith for THX to pay up. Seriously, you canât run a business like this, itâs bloody ridiculous.
So now, the SP is going to drift back to 5p and she will be trying to secure a placing from that point. A total Joke.
I had my flag in the sand at 20m at 4p to raise ÂŁ800k, if she doesnât sort this placing soon, I will need to revise it to 1 or 2p max. The opportunity is being missed and should that EUDA merger not happen the Share Price will be obliterated imo. Not that THX will pay anything anyway but if the market knows the deal is off who is going to support a 4p working capital raise knowing itâs a certain bet they will be back for more H1 24.
No news really is not good news
Thank you Mr ratcliffewriter for stating the absolutely blindingly obvious. Much appreciated. Merry Christmas
As a cautionary note, it is worth keeping it firmly in mind that SD can say all sort of things on the lines of hoping for a 'blockbuster year', expecting to put out a 'significant update' on any products at all, and all sorts of comments could be made on the lines of 'hop', 'expect', 'anticipate', 'looking towards' etc etc - All the comments mean is they are an aspiration at best, and more likely just a fluffy platitude. Any actual facts which may have a material effect on the company's share price will be issued via RNS. Remember Sareum several years ago stated confidently that they expected to conclude 'at least two commercial deals by the end of the year.' It was a comment, not in an RNS, and it was an expectation. Guess what? Nothing happened. So SD could say 'I expect Val will be a multi billion dollar company in 3 years', 'I expect the lab to generate enormous income by the end of Q1' or 'I hope a major bio will buy buy us out for 100 billion' and not break any rules at all. It would get a lot of underwear here very moist, but it would mean absolutely zilch as it wasn't official news, it would just undermine her credibility. The only financial things RNSed lately have been a small amount of now-completed work several months ago at the lab, and the acceptance of a tiny amount of shares in a very small company in return for a contract which may or may not lead to possible further interest in a year or so, with no figures given for either. And that's it. What happens next I won't forecast, but wheat and chaff need separating, and so far it's pretty much chaff as far as I can see.
