Motley Fool has taken so many sides with Blinkx over the last year or so that he is just blowing in the wind. As promised, at the first quarter statement, we will get another update, hopefully in the next few days, as to how the last three months have gone and how close Blinkx is moving back into profit. Obviously, Motley did not read that report, otherwise he would know that Blinkx was predicting a return to profitability within the next six months to twelve months and they stated that nearly three months ago.
If we had a £ sign in front, I wouldnt be here talking to your guys in the first place, I would have been away already sipping cocktails in the tropics! lol
If the share price had a £ sign in front of it, I might think that people were warming up to Blinky bod. My hands feel as if they have been in a freezer and I need some gloves.
At the risk of being shot down in flames here, I have to say that I am beginning to warm up to the Blinkx BOD again! Have been seeing some tangible signs of progress (albeit that they are few and relatively minor ones so far). That’s not to say that I think they are blameless(far from it)! Let’s face it if our ‘Clever Investors’ didn’t want BM to continue (at least in the short term) they could have between them engineered his departure fairly easily). I sense cautious optimism returning once more and I personally haven’t felt this positive in months (today SP rise has helped too) lol. Don’t know how the rest of you feel!?
I think we just jinked it.... Ha ha! Think I'll go out for a few hours....see if that helps!
Hello stranger...same thought ,and hopes......
There's been a lot of noise and speculation about Tosca, their increasing position and more to the point picking examples such as Daisy or Qunidell to draw conclusions on what their strategy, motivation or expectations are here. It is worth noting that it is not unusual for them to build large positions, please see pdf below for an overview of Tosca's holding since inception with their initial stake, last declared stake and dates. Hopefully it may offer a bit more perspective... It was put together by other investors - my gratitude to them, it may contain some errors but has been checked through. https://www.dropbox.com/s/dqoqvv6p01ak6e6/Tosca%20holding%20history.pdf?dl=0
