I have a thought : the company has been a ****sh0w for years and people think they might still pull one last rabbit out of their ar5e before everything is agreed and finalized.
Looks like I’m wrong. The market is still pricing in a lot of risk that this deal will not be ratified.
Any thoughts?
Amur Minerals Corporation ("Amur" or the "Company"), the nickel-copper sulphide mineral exploration and resource development company focused on the far east of Russia, is pleased to announce that the resolution put to Shareholders at the General Meeting held today at 10:00 a.m. in connection with the proposed Disposal of Kun-Manie announced on 08 August 2022 was passed.
The Disposal remains conditional on:
• the consent of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia or its relevant territorial department to the Disposal being granted and such consent not being conditional upon any further actions or omissions by any of the parties to the Share Purchase Agreement;
• the approval under the Presidential Decree No. 81 dated 1 March 2022 and all ensuing Russian Federation regulatory statutes having been granted on the terms required by applicable law, and not having been subsequently revoked, and such approval not being conditional upon any further actions or omissions by any party.
Up 10 percent so guess it has passed this hurdle?
They have around 39m after disposal.
I say wind the company up..
Pass
Passed
Finger biting time but this should pass.
Thanks
2partacus,
I agree on the Russian risk factor.
If a yes vote then there is a window until it’s signed off and cast in stone.
The sp as you say maybe lower in price until then, but by how much?
My feeling is that a deal of $35 million + the $6 million in the bank equals 2.4 to 2.5 p per share.
So factor the reduction for risk I’m going for a price 2p+ you a price 1.8p. Not too much different just interpreting risk.
it could be conditional, ya plonk. the SPA date is 04.08.22.
Very quiet here we will soon know the results, Dip or Spike. Meeting Just started should be over quickly.
or is anyone there in person?
is the meeting being livestreamed?
i would have thought it more fair to those taking the risk that the record date be pre-meeting!
thanks ss.
Well, the original question asked was for the ex date for the dividend. The answer given was to look in the circular, but "within 90 days" doesn't give an actual date.
"If the vote is YES the share price will go to 2p+."
I do not think it will reach 2p, in fact I feel it may sit a little below the 1.8p level purely on the Russia risk factor. Once the divi is paid out the SP may settle around 0.25p to 0.5p. Just my thoughts.
"within 90 days of completion" - how opague is that.
could be an AIM stick up
I can't find a timetable in the circular. Could you please paste that section into this chat to show me what I'm missing.
What your asking I believe is will you have a chance to get double value. The answer is NO.
If the vote is YES the share price will go to 2p+.
Once the dividend date is set you will need to own the share on that date. The next day the share will open at a price minus the dividend.
Anyone from here attending today ?
MD
I voted yes and think this will be the result. GLA
"Is anyone aware of the cut off time for the dividend" Yes, its in the circular, have a read:-
