Statement of affairs makes for some depressing reading. It took it to get this far before we got" a full true and complete statement of the affairs of the above named company" Signed By you know who
SB- that's the truth. You believe what you want. I was never a poster on this board before my joint date. I knew we were now in serious trouble and joined to see if I could help. That's it plain and simple. No further discussion.
Come on tell the truth SL100. What was your previous Avatar. There are so many posters on this board using new Avatar's. LOL, LOL, LOL All because they posted utter rubbish about MTV for many years, and could not face the music when the company failed!
SB- don't be so conspiratorial. I monitored the board for a long time before joining. It's that simple.
SL100 you have been a member of LSE since Thu, 17th Dec 2015, it was all over for MTV by then, in my opinion infact I thought it was all over after the second consolidation in a matter of months, way before you joined LSE, so how would you know about the incredible ramping that was posted on this forum. Come on, come clean, what was your previous Avatar?
well at least i cannot find them but my necks aching a little now lol
Yes i find that strange, he had the opportunity to dump at least some but opted to keep every one. so he was either as much in the dark as we were (which i doubt),or hes made a massive error of judgement or he knows something we do not. notice also Cantor Fitzgerald are not on that list.
Or why didnt he opt to remain a creditor ?
have you noticed that Marc Ortmans is still holding his 533,333,333 he was given as payment. sure he was a lot wiser to the situation than us pis why did he not dump them when he had the opportunity?
Why not take your anger out on the company - BoD - misleading RNSs that a (resigned) Nomad allowed .. instead of any particular poster here!!! BTW NONE of us appears able to stop posting - even when it has been clear for weeks any return was 99.9% unlikely - the only way some here - including me - will stop posting will be if admin do the decent thing and take this thread off LSE... otherwise SCB will still be here in 2020 and beyond - and I am not kidding! Sad day but great find by Parkez..
so you won't be back here then.................... :-))
Thanks Parkez, good find and scan! Key figure appears to be - total deficit to members 15,830,291 ... no return possible .. at .. all... :-((
dont think this has been posted previously. https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/05319264/filing-history/MzE1OTM0NDU3OWFkaXF6a2N4/document?format=pdf&download=0
..lets see if you are right... I will not respond to any more comments from Bloch... however IF he continues to post .. then your assumption will be proven incorrect and I will expect an apology.. ok! When I did not post for 3-4 weeks recently... he continued to post..SCB continues to post... I agree you can ignore their nonsense... but not when I recall events differently..
If I go back I know there are posts YOU have made to Bloch and SCB so pot, kettle, black comes to mind. Why do YOU continue to post occasionally? Perhaps because we have something in common _ we lost money here. BTW if a comment deserves a reply because it is incorrect I will make one - here or anywhere else.. if it bothers you either filter me or get off this thread!
That's your view point - for what ever reason you STILL care... the BoD were obvioiusly partially if not fully responsible.. the method of funding... the ever lower placing price.. the OTT RNSs on outlook/contracts - the over use of the word APPLE etc etc. The Nomad pulled the plug - but you appear to have forgotten that this Nomad also pulled the plug on a number of other AIM companies at the same time -exiting the smaller company market - please do not mislead - we have had enough misleading here.
SL100 - "The BOD messed up this company and brought it to its current position." No they did not. The listing was the company and the BOD successfully milked it for all they could. When the nomads eventually told them to F.O that was it. Plain and simple. Even at this late stage you still don't get it.
Hi HiggyP, with so much uncertainty around MTV, not posting accounts, constant updating of Facebook page, key players still listed as working for MTV etc. IMHO, we will never get relisted but Tech sold.
For petes sake stop going on about the Rampers. I never took any notice of them. If some did more fool them. The BOD messed up this company and brought it to its current position. They then wanted administration but failed to get a cop out! That's one victory for us after the crap deal we got from them. Forget UMTD and Lithium etc. They are passé along with the disastrous BOD.
What are you trying to say South. don't mince with your words . Are MTV in trouble ?. Smed.
There is nothing stopping the Directors or former Directors of MTV being Directors elsewhere with new companies. Yes the time is getting closer and closer for us all to move on, even me! LOL, LOL Yes there is ramping on other shares, but it was nothing to the constant drivel being posted on this board! Absolutely nothing the rampers predicted came true, all we ever saw over the many many many years of MTV was share decline on a very large scale! One thing is though, I have never used another Avatar, like some on here, who just could not face the music, when they were proved incorrect about MTV!
It was said at the last meeting we would be sold to pay creditors etc. Its the what to whom for how much we are waiting for.
None of us know but it looks like we will be sold, probably in pieces.
Hi Shaa/Jj I know mtv by all accounts is dead in the water, but do you think there is even the slightest sliver of hope that mtv could be relisted from your recent research re: Facebook, twitter updates ??
