Of course, he's wrong...because: GEOTHERMAL.

Who wants to work for GS, anyway?

Ignore the volatility. Goldman Sachs currency traders are trying to scare investors out.
They are desperately trying to hold on to their jobs.
I have a message for the managers of GS: FIRE YOUR TRADERS!!!!

It's tested 37-38 range a couple of times. If all goes well, it'll level up past 40p.
£5-£10 next stop - huge buys? No current news. Why anyone? The one people think is not going up flies faster than Putin's hypersonic missile.
A quiet BB for a company with a possible bright future...
Well, you can't do that everywhere, and you can't drill everywhere because there really will be earthquakes a some point. Also, if the UK were to got to district heating, there will be losses whilst pumping hot water from place to place and thousands of miles of roads will have to be dug up to install insulated hot water pipes. I think the best strategy is to use the geothermal energy to make biogas [methane or hydrogen] and distribute most of the gas around the country via the existing gas-grid. For hydrogen , it would be better to transfer it at shorter ranges to minimize losses, through plastic pipes rather than metal, which could corrode on exposure to it.
Fuel duty is currently levied at a flat rate of 57.95p per litre for both petrol and diesel, while VAT at 20% is then charged on both ,I don't know what the levy is on gas but the government is doing very well for doing SFA.
quietly does it
with oil so high; & igas' renewable potential so significant
....and just consider the value of the tax shield from its losses as well
tp £1++
Steady climb expected.
Let me know if anyone of you have read it. A bit of hodgepodge of links, I know. But it's a start if you are new to this.

Newbies: Every buyer has a seller and vice versa, last I checked...
The question is, what is fair value for a potential land-based, (effectively infinite) energy reserve monopoly, in Britain?
(i.e. Geothermal+biogas+hydrogen...and shale)

Either way, Igas will eventually make alot of money, maybe even literally via cryptocurrency mining...
It's up in the air at the moment. Politicians are looking to favour fracking if the energy prices remain high, but there is also the alternative with the GTEnergy partnership. However, Quaise Energy has just popped up from nowhere and told everyone they can cut rock with lasers down to 20km, and they have engineers in the UK.. Obviously, Igas-GT should immediately persue this and investigate this technology right away.
I've been away for quite a while for different reasons and have lost touch with the current practices of the Co. It looks as though shale gas is longer part of its agenda - is this correct?
Igas and GTEnergy should quickly do a deal with Quaise Energy.
