non- sequitur lol
good rns, things moving right direction, Sept meeting could be company maker with the govt.
UT
is this done deliberately to make look Sp dropped, really Sp is up 16%
I agree, even if the water is dirty or full of contamination that doesn't matter as Coal will be burnt.
so any African disease won't affect coal as coal is used to created Enery through burning and no disease can survive the heat.
GLA
I don't know the particulars of the water supply at Rukwa, but any water supply problem in Africa or Tanzania for that matter has to do with safe drinking water, ie, free of pathogens that cause disease. You don't have to use fresh, safe water for washing coal -- it can be full of cholera, who cares? I imagine you just need to be near a pond so you can filter it a bit and pump it into the washer. Furthermore, you might be able to circulate the same water over and over.
African nations rely on coal and EDL does wash coal, Rns looks good.
Sp seems bargain, more production increase coming in September.
plus in discussion to supply power plant.
All points to this company coming good after years of bad service.
GLA and Dyor
Local and industrial orders could exceed 20,000TPM, plus the power station requirements, so some substantial investment needed to produce those volumes.
This is just the start!
Further many countries it is illegal to use coal that has not been washed.
The trouble is typically, washing one ton of coal consumes about 45 m3. Does Africa have so much water? It is has a water problem coal cannot be washed and it will not be used.
Washed coal - is coal that has been mechanically washed off impurities such as ash, soil, rocks etc. Washed coal is more expensive as it burns longer thus providing more energy.

is it possible to see EDL to produce 30,000 tonne of coal per month?
just thinking supplying power plant would increase production significantly from current production.
getting closer to the required amount 3000 tons a month for the big boys to move in and start producing.
The status of the agreement with Infrastructure and Logistics Tanzania Limited ("ILTL"), as announced on 8 June 2020, will be reviewed once production rates at Rukwa exceed 3000 tonnes per month.
coal has risen over 100% in the last 12 months. Wash coal should fetch more price than the spot price.
Looks like this is a turnaround company.
Not according to the RNS today.
Hmm Supply a power station, who’d of thought it :)
- Efforts have focused on short term contract opportunities, but with discussions with the Tanzanian Government on power station supply options planned for September 2021.
Power station supply options??
I wonder what the reaction will be today?
Well we are selling coal!
We’re back in business!!!
Did they catch up with the requirements as in below update RNS

If yes then the real miners of Coal will start and the tons will fly out If ILTL get going on the ground.
No rns no contract simple. unfortunately
Either they did re-commence shipping in July or they didn't? Why do they feel it's right not to tell us the facts.
Did the order of 3,000 tonnes per month get signed by the end of July?
We should have been told that back at the end of July
- The Company expects to re-commence shipping washed coal in July to one of its anchor tenants with a supply arrangement of 750 tonnes per month having been agreed.
- A trial shipment of 180 tonnes of washed coal has been dispatched to a local cement producer and subject to satisfactory performance of this coal an order of 3,000 tonnes per month is anticipated to follow in July.
Why were we not told?
We should be getting the results of the shipped samples and whether they meet customer requirements.
Will contracts follow, key information for the markets.
Anticipated contracts in the 3rd Q.
