With the current SP At 1.5p (MCap 4.4M) with 2021 revenue at £3.9M the downside risk from here is pretty low imo.
Add into this the potential of JCPOA being re-instated & sanctions being removed, and, as discussed in the interim results on June 30th 2022……’ should this happen we are well placed to re-energise our airport security contract’.
As this contract was agreed 4 years ago, and clearly well out of date, it may well form the basis for a new agreement to be formed, whether unlikely or not, many will be unaware, or have forgotten, that the initial phase of the contract was for 24 Million Euros per annum!!
So, I suspect this is why we have buyers at this price, small downside risk & potentially enormous upside reward.
Add into this the renewed UK relationship with IRAN, as the UK having repaid the £400M debt etc.
What Would An initial 24 Million Euro per annum contract do to the SP I wonder?
If JCPOA is signed, then naturally the ‘possibility’ of a huge Iranian contract is a step closer, so expect speculators to consider being on-board.
Mmmmmmmm defo 50% up now x
Hahahahahahahahahahahaha. Unlucky negative brigade
Boooooooom
May be speculators are betting on Jcpoa, but if that deal does happen PF will use this to raise money .

Project Objectives
The project goal is to revamp the air transport sub-sector to enable it play its role in opening up DRC internally and externally. The project outcome is to restore air transport and air navigation safety in the country by: (i) rehabilitating airport infrastructure and air navigation equipment; (ii) building the capacity of technical staff in charge of air traffic control and monitoring the subsector; and (iii) contributing to efforts to ensure the sustainability of RVA activities.
Market super excited about Iran
I do hope so. I wonder what the excuse will be then
"Iran and the US have reached an agreement (on revival of JCPOA), and it will be announced in the next two or three weeks," a former IAEA official told Iran International, according to a news alert monitored by Investing.com.

maybe they should be retitled "no guts" lol
And the nomad does nothing
This was the baby…. 2020 update said….
An example of this is the African airport project we referred to in our trading update in January 2019 that we were waiting on counter signature from the government. This project opportunity remains alive a year later but was delayed due to an unrelated issue leading to reorganisation within the government which has largely now taken place and we expect to recommence discussions in the coming months.
And has it recommenced?…. Ermmmm….nope.
B
That will be the “ internal reorg”… about 4 years ago I think…. Just another one of them there “formalities “ that Pete waxes lyrical about….One might start thinking there is a pattern here…. Stage 1- Pete issues an RNS stating they have signed a whopper MSC contract, just needs some formalities prior to contract start…..stage 2- Pete places within 36 hours for “start up expenses”….. stage 3 - Silence….. stage 4…. Pete confesses it’s going slower than expected but all on track for a start at least 6-12 months in to the future…… stage 5…. More silence….
Pete has used this on multiple occasions …. Why fix something that isn’t broke I hear pete chuckle….. B
I've just remembered that Fowl-up had a contract in his drawer for an African airport that just needed to sort out an internal problem (nothing to do with security, ahem) and we would be flying. That was long before covid raised its ugly head. Anyone remember that one? I know Gibbo will :)
Normal service resumed I see… (selling because the Iran deal mysteriously didn’t happen)….lol….B
And they sign contracts that mysteriously never generate any revenue …….|o:
"When Iran returns to compliance WSG will be able to resume discussions"
and there you have it in a nutshell, fine but discussions never lead to a contract with this crowd but it's a great ruse to raise cash and keep the lifestyle going
Let’s see how long you feel like that
Fantasy? The crown jewels are protected by fantasy? Our seats of government are protected by fantasy? Clearly someone doesn't think WSG are incapable of delivering security solutions. When Iran returns to compliance (It would be mad not to and it definitely wants to as the west will not engage until it does), WSG will be able to resume discussions. I don't see how you can call this fantasy. You clearly hate Pete, therefore your judgement is compromised. There are many here who treat every WSG announcement with whoops of derision. They trawl for any possible bad news or sniff of corruption and then others applaud loudly or mock. Some look down from on high, ridiculing anyone that dare say anything positive. I guess they all just trying to save us mug punters form our own stupidity? Or are they just trying to get Pete out? I am invested, so I want to see the company prosper. Sorry.
Pump; this is WSG, it’s all a fantasy don’t you know lol
I really hope Iran settles with the west.
No where for Pete to hide then.
For 400 million, yeah right!
So if trading with Iran is considered a bad idea then why is Liz so keen to clear this debt?

UK is pretty good at holding its nose when it wants to.
DRC contract is being re-negotiated due to the issues with RVA, as to Vander’s comment “Wsg were chosen as they may have been willing to ignore these irregularities and proceed with half baked contracts” I think getting the Gig was only part of the process and in fact it may have led to the re-think in order to address the issues. Can we agree that DRC does need to do something pronto to improve airport security?
Liberia, well issues with charges are nothing new. Tema had similar issues and was constantly ridiculed by many on here.
Great research Vander
Here is more info on the Salam investor

This article states the following:
Officials said Salam is the first air terminal designed and built by Iranian experts. Iran’s Bonyad Mostazafan provided funding under a BLT (build-lease-transfer) deal signed in January 2017.
