Went under the spotlight. I just hope their plans of switching to another company have been scuppered. They have to bite the bullet and show face by relisting under a new BOD with a serious number of people looking in watching their every move. Their only escape is if they have no potential and well lets see. BT
haha no believe me i,m not, as LEN said" i sleep very easily at night". i just find it all very interesting and am trying to learn from the experience, amazed in this day and age how certain things seem to be allowed to go on, this just seems like legalised fraud to me! money is just money, it comes and it goes. happy with my other investments in and out of AIM and reasonable healthy so alls well. learn from experience, good or bad. but thanks for your thoughts.
Looks dead and buried but you get companies who liquidate and companies who restructure for re-starts and that's what MTV have. Again i would fully have expected a straight insolvency company to be brought in but find it strange very strange GL BT
I guess if you invested a lot of money in a share that ended up delisted - you MIGHT look for answers until the final nail in well and truly in the coffin - so understand why parkez is continuing to look for answers - I just hope he is not torturing himself..
Cheers - all info is welcomed but I hope it doesn't end up being a lot of time spent researching but not really getting any answers to how MTV ended up in this position gl
Move on spend your energy on other shares..... this died when lithium died payed ramper..
https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/05319264/filing-history/MzE1NTU2MTU3NGFkaXF6a2N4/document?format=pdf&download=0 motive television plc. does that include its subsidiaries? ie motive television services ltd?
30th oct 2016 8 days unless something crops up.
.here.. isn't there a deadline coming up? It still looks 99% unlikely this will get relisted..
hmm with you now MRPlumper. https://www.google.co.uk/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=10&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=0ahUKEwj09PuSgu7PAhXBXBoKHTKVDikQFgg8MAk&url=https%3A%2F%2Fbeta.companieshouse.gov.uk%2Fcompany%2F07517889&usg=AFQjCNGMS3yhoCbJEyyMF2F3crBjvBulQg does say private limited company, this is all very new to me and learning as i go along as i expect a lot of people are .A private company but any contacts signed and funds received go to the group? very confusing!
that should read after Motive Television Services signed the contract with Siyaya the Group received the funds.
MRPlumper, why are you under the impression motive television services is a private company? i refer you to the Bryan Foss (DIRECTOR) SIGNED DECLARATION OF MOTIVE TELEVISION PLC HISTORY. he states Following the aquisition of Adecq and NXVision the Motive Group was reconstructed under Motive Television plc to include. Motive Television Services Limited a uk company responsible for marketing the services and technology of the Group in Europe and Africa primarily. also on 30 Dec 2013 he states that after signing a contract with Siyaya the Motive Group was entitled to receive the funds. https://www.google.co.uk/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=4&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=0ahUKEwiApfSV_e3PAhVD1xoKHatQDksQFggzMAM&url=https%3A%2F%2Fen.wikipedia.org%2Fwiki%2FPrivately_held_company&usg=AFQjCNFSKwqsx545byVuz6QDhFiYR1xzAQ
Yes MrPlumper, the World Famous Inner Circle! LOL, LOL, LOL And on this board we have had utter rubbish posted by the Inner Circle about MTV over many years! LOL, LOL, LOL I wonder what share tips the Inner Circle will be giving now that MTV has de-listed or suspended. Hope you all have a lovely weekend, only 65 days till Christmas!
I told you this on the 8th October Don't the inner circle read anyone else's posts Motive television services is a private company Watch what happens
In my opinion this is a protective situation
Are a recovery and restructuring company aimed at getting your companies back up and running? BT
:~))
Cheers Jerseygirl
The company is trading with Begbies in control. Follow aks post you will find it really interesting.
Can mtv sell tuners on Amazon with Motive Television as the company? Surely if Motive is no longer active this is illegal? Doesn't make sense. All trading should stop unless a revival. Or stock sold cheap to repay debts. BT
Lovely stuff thanks for finding that.
You could replace Len with a Meercat and expect enhanced results! Simples!
I see Len Fertig has been replaced as a Director of this subsidiary by Mr Giuseppe Flores D'arcais 20/9/16. Curious manoeuvre.
this is basically what i thought tablet tv would end up being like,,, as from Lens linkedin profile....oh what could have/should have been. https://www.google.co.uk/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=newssearch&cd=1&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=0ahUKEwi-45yQq-nPAhWDiRoKHd4mAi0Qu4gBCCAoBDAA&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.mirror.co.uk%2Ftech%2Fsky-q-smartphone-app-launches-9076955&usg=AFQjCNGuEB8Wc16qTbIzd6qNBr9gAMS2bA Our TV Anywhere technology permits broadcasters and pay television networks the ability to offer the viewer the ability to watch his home television on any internet-connected device or smartphone anywhere. Together, Motive provides TV Anytime Anywhere.
Shylock my understanding of this situation is that MTV PLC don't actually own much other than shares in subsid co's which they have struggled to put any credible value on never mind redeem. So no direct income from contracts or direct asset value from software Patents. Even if there were buyers for the subsidiary company contracts and IP Rights, its going to be heavily discounted fire sale.
