By bringing a giant like Haleon onboard, FUM have gained a guardian angle. If Haleon is going to fund complete US launch, it will protect it's interests, in patent infringes, copycat products, low takeover attempts.....However, this will have come at a price.
Regardless of the product success, the only thing PI,s should focus on is the cut FUM will receive. Some here may wish to consider managing their expectations.
The buy recommendations put out by business pundits and brokers would have considered this in their calculations, after all it is what they are employed to do. Clearly, the current company valuation falls well short of their analysis.
Some, including LTHs appear to have suddenly become inpatient. It may help to remember that this is a fledgling business struggling to bring it's ace product to the world market, it's not a one arm bandit waiting to drop a jackpot.
What's going on is the "wheeeeeee" sound the sp makes as it drops. Truely mind boggling. If their 3-5 yr full sellong projections come true, 330M revenue, sp around 14 quid. 50p is cheap as. But suspect will get snapped up by then. Pfizer no longer owns viagra , thats now owned by vitaris. Dont loke seeing the cailis adverts on tv now and viagra, competition is rattled clearly! Cmon US, let those dogs see the rabbits and we is off!!
LO are not selling: If they were they would have to issue a TR-1 for every 1% that their holdings dropped by.
Something else is going on which I don’t have the expertise to analyse.
There are a lot of PI’s trading this share. As I have commented before the vast majority never make a profit.
We LTD’s have to just watch in frustration,as I have for over 15 years!!
The deal with Haleon in the States really is brilliant.
Haleon has Gsk and Pfizer as shareholders. Pfizer is the owner of Viagra.
So now Pfizer has now effectively tied up all treatments in the ED marketplace and can offer what anybody wants.
Brilliant. And now we are informed that at the moment demand is outstriping supply in some areas. Just wait and see what happens as soon as promotion and supply happens in the States.
Well I wouldn't wait before investing or you will be too late !
They have big baguettes in France so will need plenty
Kdonkey, what makes you think LO are"still"selling? they have only had 1/2% movement margin for some time now, so i don't see how they could have been selling down in any real volume for any extended period.perhaps im not looking at it the right way,but i personally don't think that is the reason for the static s/p.much more to do with your other points, with which i do agree.
Current issues I see are, we have no idea how much money Fum are making from the deal because their contracts are very opaque. We also have Lombard, who hold a lot of shares, are still selling, as far as I'm concerned, so that is holding down the share price.
I'm hoping in Sept, when we get the interim results we'll get a better idea on monies coming in. But I suspect it won't be in April when until we get a much better idea on monies coming in.
All very frustratin for LTH's...
Amazon France translation :-
Temporarily out of stock due to high demand.
We are doing everything possible to make this item available to you as soon as possible. Order and we will contact you by e-mail when we have an estimated delivery date.
It would appear demand is outstripping supply
The problem with erections is their transitory, ephemeral nature...
I've just seen on Boots home page there is a video called 'TABOO TALK IS BACK FOR SEASON 5!' where they are talking about Eroxon. Boots are certainly doing their marketing well.
It’s crazy - just a few days ago Barder said that we had taken just over 25% of ED market in UK (see fireside chat video). When that’s rolled out across the world to the 3.1bn ED market then this is going to be huge. US, EU and UK OTC approvals already achieved and others will follow.
It is madness, some companies achieve far less and yet pump, pump, pump! Maybe we need those pumpers to pump pump pump it up :)
In the last 6 months the following has happened.
Eroxon on sale in Boots
Very healthy sales
FDA approval
Signed a licensing deal with major player in the US
Sunday Times recommended FUM as a buy.
The share price is nearly 2% down on its price back in March.
I just don’t understand it!!
I for one would like to see some financials on deals done, now US deal is signed! No big reason for commercial sensitivity BS anymore! Or start signing the rest of the world up, all a bit underwhelming at the moment for us LTH! This should/ would be I hope at a £’s if we new what the deals were, and speculation will always assume the worst deal!
"Haleon is the consumer health colossus..."
Given Haleon's current portfolio and worldwide exposure, FUM could not have selected a better partner. On that note, based upon reaction to US market, I would not be at all surprised if Haleon was further considered for worldwide partnership. FUM have clearly shaken it's past ghosts.
Very encouraging, just can not see Haleon messing this one up.
Aah ok thanks
probably need my eyes tested....
The pin is on the opposite end of the screw-cap. It's a common standard for these tube types.
Good luck.
If Futura are indeed targeting Recreational users they really are going to have to make the Eroxon tubes less fiddly and more easy to use ! Currently u need a pin to get the gel out .
Hardly aids spontaneity in the bedroom
Just Saying
Interesting that they have referenced it in the half year results. presumably regard it as materialhttp://otp.investis.com/generic/regulatory-story.aspx?newsid=1706740&cid=2805
"In July, it was announced that Haleon had reached a licensing agreement with Futura Medical to exclusively
commercialise the first FDA approved topical erectile dysfunction (ED) treatment for OTC use in US"
New Sun Article on Eroxon today
Haleon's half year results are due tomorrow.wll be interesting see if any reference to eroxon.
I think I should have invested in Centrica?
Company is now in a position to expand its workforce to deal with commercial End & return to its R&D development IMO! To develop the potential of its other products? What do others think?
