How can I track the latest news regarding Dan shares? Will they be re-listed? Any thoughts?
... that has been suggested to him before on this bb...
Join an read it mate..
Goodluckall.. Go to blueshare there's a DAN holders private discussion on there..
Sent an email to Peter Shea a couple of weeks ago, he replied that further information would be posted on their web site shortly.
Hi, Icve been avoiding looking at this share and IMTK as Ive been a complete mug following RT and lost all my savings, Im a gambler on here rather than trader. Ex gambler anyway - so as I cant sell my shares, are they lost? if DAN ar no longer on AIM, do I still own a % with my shares? what are the chances of getting money back? cheers form a novice
; )
Spikey, I messaged you on the imtk board, where you are following Rob Terry around lol
is it really as good as 50/50?
I hope you are right for the sake of your MRS. This is similar to red or black odds as it stands.
Ok... But can you explain your reasoning? The reasons I perceive it as negative have been listed: - 1. Illiquid stock, very difficult to sell with huge margins (if at all possible) 2. Fund raising impossible unless privately done. Reasons for positive 1. Less fees (which is good as they are struggling like most nomads atm cash wise) 2. Can't see anything else, unless the bonkers idea of them relisting occurs as you suggested which I just can't see but listed anyway.
Imtk hasn't been delisted. Dan has. I just am interested to know how this is a positive?
color, think you may not get a straight answer.
May I ask how much you have tied up in it? You do realise that even if you get to sell off an exchange (which is near impossible btw), the spread, charges and general illiquidity of the stock means you are going to get such a horrific haircut that it'll be the same as getting no money back. Or are you betting on DAN getting relisted at some point (despite the huge costs that involves) in the near future (which begs the question as to why it was delisted in the first place)? No agenda here, just trying to understand the mindset of BB's as I can't quite get my head round how anyone can perceive this as positive.
hi rich, yes, certainly weird that there are changes in the amount being recorded for 'value', seems back and forth between £K vs £Millions. but if you look at the number of shares, that is not changing -- it just looks like someone's software is mistakenly logging the value as being £1.2 per share, and then it gets corrected back to 1.2p per share which of course gives much lower total value. but key point simply that the trades were entered but then cancelled out -- so there are no actual net trades at all being reported for those dates.
the figs on the lse trades chart is calculating on share price of £1.20? The decimal point has moved on the figs im seeing now.
Over £3.6 million on 6 recorded trades @1.20 that were then cancelled on 25th and 26th of Jan...idea thoughts?
These are the figs I see... the ones you do? 26-Jan-1609:28:171.20-346,723 0.000.00-416.07kO 26-Jan-1609:28:321.20-857,130 0.000.00-1.029MO 25-Jan-1616:17:221.20-14,312 0.000.00-17.17kO 25-Jan-1615:06:341.20-612,324 0.000.00-734.79kO 26-Jan-1609:28:321.20857,130 0.000.001.029MO 26-Jan-1609:28:171.20346,723 0.000.00416.07kO 25-Jan-1615:06:341.20612,324 0.000.00734.79kO 25-Jan-1615:06:341.20-612,324 0.000.00-734.79kO 25-Jan-1616:17:221.2014,312 0.000.0017.17kO 25-Jan-1615:06:341.20612,324 0.000.00734.79kO 25-Jan-1615:06:341.20-626,636 0.000.00-751.96kO 25-Jan-1615:06:341.20626,636 0.000.00751.96kO
There is something in this....I checked again the numbers just now on lse and they've reverted back to what I'm convinced I saw last night!!!!..just taken screenshot and posted it on link below and as you can see this shows much larger trades eg £1.029 mill, 751k, 734k, ....how can these figs change like this and at this size are they not signifcant? http://www.thisdigital.com/DANlse.png
thanks spikey, it would appear I read the values wrongly although i'm convinced I read them correctly last night!
lol, based on what?
not sure what you are looking at rich. i don't see £7m worth of trades listed on my screen. all i see are 12 recorded trades listed at 1.20, but these simply appear to be 6 trades of varying sizes, where there are then 6 entries showing *those same trades being cancelled*. (so in effect, no net trade is displayed.) where you are getting the £7million from? 26-Jan-1609:28:17 1.20 -346,723 0.000.00 -4,161 O 26-Jan-1609:28:32 1.20 -857,130 0.000.00 -10.29k O 25-Jan-1616:17:22 1.20 -14,312 0.000.00 -171.74 O 25-Jan-1615:06:34 1.20 -612,324 0.000.00 -7,348 O 26-Jan-1609:28:32 1.20 857,130 0.000.00 10.29k O 26-Jan-1609:28:17 1.20 346,723 0.000.00 4,161 O 25-Jan-1615:06:34 1.20 612,324 0.000.00 7,348 O 25-Jan-1615:06:34 1.20 -612,324 0.000.00 -7,348 O 25-Jan-1616:17:22 1.20 14,312 0.000.00 171.74 O 25-Jan-1615:06:34 1.20 612,324 0.000.00 7,348 O 25-Jan-1615:06:34 1.20 -626,636 0.000.00 -7,520 O 25-Jan-1615:06:34 1.20 626,636 0.000.00 7,520 O
But with a current mkt cap of just over £15 million that means nearly half the company was traded on 25/26 Jan but no cross threshold rns? Anyone have an explanation?
Or is it someone buying big time at an agreed knock down price....indeed is this RT buying more?....see these two QPE tweets: jan 8th - Luckybreak37 = @QuobParkEstate @mvdakers how does QPE plan to buy further shares if delisted? jan 8th - QPE = @luckbreak37 Clearly, if DAN is delisted or currently off market then we plan to buy in off market trades!?! jan 8th - Luckybreak37 = @QuobParkEstate got a few to sell, interested? jan 8th - QPE = @luckbreak37 We have already found those we need to buy to get back to 9.9% thanks, just a matter of timing and paperwork now
looking at the shares trades, there are 12 listed for over £7million on jan 25th/26th @1.20? is this someone selling big time...RT?
