Oh dear, not looking good here.
I really liked this post though from someone ‘I honestly can’t see this dropping further’
It’s suspended??! Made me smile though. Something definitely questionable going on and who ever is now not settling their purchases is probably having to explain to the FCA what’s going on. If it’s an ii then all will be well as they’ll get a gentle slap on the wrist and the FCA will probably help them sort it out and then re admit to trading.
Could be weeks off the trading floor.
The information insaw on anywhere forum regarding a Tr1 buyers was correct here 3 weeks ago, same source saying Elon musk may bid for SND ( Feb 2024 RNS from SND was the response to sky news article on musk using SND A.i brain tech )
I have bought SND today
They will when it's done.
Should the London Stock Exchange provide an update?
Bridge, I honestly can't see it dropping any further. If anything, when it comes back with issues sorted, I can see this going north very rapidly.
The allotment and issue of the First Placing Shares will NOT be conditional upon the passing of the Resolution or the allotment and issue of the Second Placing Shares.
21 March 2024 (the "Launch Announcement"), the Company has conditionally raised £2.0 million (before expenses) pursuant to the Placing of 2,000,000,000 new Ordinary Shares ("Placing Shares") at the Issue Price of 0.1 pence per Ordinary Share. Allenby Capital Limited acted as Sole Bookrunner in connection with the Placing, which was conducted by way of an accelerated book build process.
The company is suspended due to market settlement issues. Nothing to do with the company itself so no reason to think the suspension won’t be lifted. Personally I hope it drops significantly so I can top up, valuations at this level will look silly when we have £2m in the bank and the pipeline of deals materialise now litigation and financing has been resolved.
Read the Rns' Rog, there were 2 proposed placings, the 1st of which has been done and the shares added, the 2nd to be voted on.
AhS - I think you’ll find that needs to be voted on first. They’ve hinted at it but not a forgone conclusion. And if they have then we know it’s at .1p which give us a mcap of less than £1m. Someone somewhere is having a laugh with this stock.
Of course it will come out of suspension Rog.
They've just raised 2m ffs.
Get real.
‘ I wouldn’t mind seeing these suspended until then.’
Not sure this is ever coming out of suspension. If it was a minor matter it’d have been back trading today. Clearly there’s something more underhand afoot and I wonder if the FCA for once has got wind of something and actually done something about it ie investigating it. The authorities love to hate Musk and so if there’s anything untoward going on they’ll try and uncover it and nail it.
The approval Bridge is a formality from experience
3 weeks until shareholders approve the placing. I wouldn’t mind seeing these suspended until then.
Dr Graham Cooley has increased his stake in supercapacitors manufacturer Cap-XX (LON: CPX) from 3.13% to 11.1%. Canaccord Genuity cut its stake from 17.3% to 8.75%. This follows the slump in the share price after Cap-XX said it was running out of cash in the next few weeks. The share price recovered 20.5% to 0.235p.
Thanks MH this is just recovering from a temporary cash flow issue . Buckle up
Ip is worth multiples of mcap cpx I believe has a lot of potential value but the problem is as in a lot of cases it's the incompetent bod looks to like they intentionally trashed the sp tried to take the company to admin but were held back buy third party interest cooley bought a stake as did a few others.bod panicked as they could have been bought out quickly diluted and raised some money also bought in.so now what's going to happen next are they going to run cpx to its potential maybe there's a bid from third party or are they still going to try to run it to the ground will see
Rogue*
How can a ip be worth 30 million if it dont stand the test of a court room ?
This company is rouge! They don't even say what the deal with tesla/maxwell was after such a important case and the new ceo that was brought in before the last case hearing is heavy linked to Musk!
Roger65 - mcap is currently £824,043. The detail that you believe the IP to be worth an estimated £30mn is irrelevant to mcap.
Hey Rog , it was from another poster who’s rational was plausible . We have or had a cash flow issue .
2m£ dropped in
Ok mickey. Please explain why the mcap is actually less than £1m when you categorically state as fact the IP is worth and estimated £30m.
I look forward to your response as to how the market is undervaluing CPX by a factor of 30. Thanks
AHS - exactly my hope.
It's not going to open 0.40 after suspension
It's not going into administration
Cpx is not corrupt
The suspension is not due to high demand
If it is admin, it won't be before an almighty pump in share price Rog. ;)
