Kevin: Would I be correct in thinking that any random poster on Twitter who says something positive about ECR is deemed an expert by you - and worthy of posting a link to (irrespective of the fact he offers no evidence of anything)? You should go on Twitter where you won't get constantly shot down for your happy-clappy mindless ramping crap - you'd love it (and so would we here on LSE). LoL
…….Docs response….. https://x.com/dds_docholiday/status/1734860958718103917?s=46
So that's one to park - keep a watching brief on - and move on to more concrete (as opposed to speculative) matters. GL
Yes, However if /when the ATO agree it can be transferred , then it is a massive game changer for ECR........that would be one RNS that would send the SP flying.
But as you say....just a number until that actually happens
There you are TS, we concur - and poor little Kevin will have to go in search of yet another different way to ramp now - Tax credit is just numbers on a balance sheet until (and if) the ATO agree the can use it by whatever means - and that's not a done deal by ANY means!!
So, back to the drilling at Creswick it is then eh? GL
Yep, That's what I said......We are agreeing too much lately (I am genuinely worried)
TS: I'm not disputing the existence of this tax credit - but it's just numbers on a piece of paper unless it can be used. If it were a definitive 'yes' then they would be screaming it from the rooftops - without doubt. However, that isn't the case - and what ECR advisors think is not necessarily what the ATO view might think - it is they who decide and nobody else.
So, until it appears in an RNS that ECR can use this tax credit by whatever means it's speculative - not fact.
A$73m tax credit ....not a$73........lol
Notrex....I'll just clarify
ECR have a a$73 tax credit - That is a fact
ECR can utilise the tax credit at any point in the future - That is a fact
The tax credit is transferrable - This is not a 100% fact , however Doc has stated that the advice they have been given indicates that there are ways to make this transferrable.
Previously when discussed the credit was only deemed transferrable if you could prove continuity of ownership. So if MGA (the subsidiary of ECR who the tax credit is against) were subject of an RTO , this would most likely satisfy that requirement and leave LUX as an ECR company....so effectively MGA would be taken over and ECR get shares in the new company and/or cash injection and effectively jettison MGA , which would leave ECR with all the Queensland licenses which fall under the LUX subsidiary and ECR would then have a nice pot of money and be able to develop Lolworth.
Doc/Nick and there advisors may have also found another way that the credit could be transferred to another company. If this is the case then any deal involving this transfer could be a 7 digit deal which would significantly improve the companies bank balance.
Or we could hit gold at Creswick and keep the credit to use against future profits generated there or at Baillieston or Tambo.
I see you're now starting to post blatant lies Kevin - now that's reportable. Even 'curveball' Doc isn't saying the Tax credit is useable by ECR for certain - he said he's (personally) convinced it is - not that it definitively is (that's two different things). But maybe that's a bit hard for the uneducated and unemployed to process?
P.S. You didn't tell me - how do you know what 'working hard' looks like - you're a benefits-boy!?
………cashking…..yeah I bet……just block them, total waste of space…..sitting on their keyboards all day in their nappies…..not like Adam hard at work improving investors net worth…..next the troll will be saying that ECR does not have a tax benefit due through Mecator…..which they do and it is FACT 😉
Capitals-boy: In that context it's 'troll's' - with an apostrophe. No need to thank me - I always try to help the uneducated.
Just thinking aloud. IF this tax incentive is so mouth watering and lucrative, why has it not been utilized previously? Either it was a totally wasted bargaining chip and historic remaining BOD should be heavily criticized for inaction, or it's a bit of a red herring.. Time will tell I suppose.
IMO it's a catch 22. ECR would have to either buyout an already profit making business or amalgamate with an existing entity to actually benefit from the incentive. Now ECR clearly can't afford to buy out a profit making company (or at least one worth the hassle for the benefit), it would cost multiples of our market cap. Now we move onto another Co 'teaming up'/amalgamating.. They would indeed get a tax break on profit.. BUT for it to be in any way worth it for ECR, said company would have to share/divi a proportion of the benefit or business, otherwise what's the point.. When all is said and done, would it be entirely worth it? sure.. save some tax on profit by bunking with ECR, but oh dear, they want a slice of the pie we'd otherwise keep for ourselves anyway... If that all makes sense? lol
Again, just thinking aloud.
Tamer ….Head Trolls Working Hard ….
Neither do ECR Kevin - it's speculation - not fact - but don't let that get in the way of yet another happy-clappy mindless ramp eh?
……..correct me if I am wrong, but EEE didn’t have a A$ 73m tax benefit…..😗
Kevin: How do you know what 'working hard' looks like? Just asking.
……..and I must add, that Seeing Adam working so hard under the salary sacrifice scheme the BOD undertook I do appreciate his efforts
For a company that has not delivered many years, this new management who acknowledged this state they are trying and even communicating with shareholders in different ways.
At least ECR management are updating shareholders constantly about everything, actually showing videos on twitter what they are doing e.g technical director sorting and logging RC drill, stating creating shareholder value etc. Doing various interviews which you can see online.
How many aim stocks do all this? Would be much better if they did, it is more transparent and showing shareholders are valued and listened to.
In my view its 50/50 and I am sure anyone else with balanced view would say the same, is this not exploration and mining? You hit gold, company and shareholders make money, you hit nothing you make nothing.
This is stated as being the next EEE, the mining share that multi bagged from 1p-11p in 6 months, we will find out soon.
Drilling statements so far:
*So far we have drilled five shallow holes at the Davey Road prospect (#Creswick #Gold project)
Two more holes to go (hole 5 shown below), and we are currently on schedule to finish tomorrow.
Following drilling assay results are due shortly after the holiday season*
So, as was said early this morning - the SP will trade within a range between now and assay results (baring a left-of-field event).
