Ah good old Manoli's wedding
I think someone posted a collection of Bells classics here a short while ago - Was great reading if you were ignore the seriousness of the 'half truths'.
I invested in this company many years ago and lost a hell of a lot of money. Huge lesson learnt and still it runs with no profit. In the days of Manoli and wedding gifts. I made a big mistake on this but DYOR.
"If the BoD went then this would easily double from these levels"
............
I too believe that could happen but some newer RRR shareholders refuse to believe that Bell is not trusted, loathed, not rated by an huge number of PIs and so those PIs who dislike Bell will never invest in an Andrew Bell company. So with the removal of Bell and his sidekick Kaintz then all of a sudden you have access to those PIs who wouldn't previously invest with Bell/Kaintz at the helm.
It's amazing that some RRR shareholders don't see this.
Richemondo - its perfectly valid to look back in time here when its still the same board of directors
Leopards and spots come to mind!
If the BoD went then this would easily double from these levels.
is that Bell has been doing well here lately: but if he had been dismissed from RRR let's say 3 years ago then today RRR would've still been receiving these recent buyback payments from Jupiter.
Also nothing sophisticated from Bell with Steelmin, just in my opinion a reckless gamble with him taking out huge loans to loan Steelmin money. And let's not forget because of Steelmin Red Rock still owe the Convertible loan note holders £1 million + interest.
I'm afraid you've strayed into the rude there..but putting that to one side.. why do you think Para are able to forward sell such a lot of gold? Perhaps because production is about to increase exponentially? Your problem is you always look backwards rather than forwards..perhaps that explains your lack of success in the markets..
Well as has been known for ages, get rid of the current BoD and this will seriously re-rate with proper management making it a business and not a lifestyle company.
Bell must be sweating around his starched collar at such a thought and has probably got his lap dog to start dusting down the confetti machine. That will be cited as required for a once in a blue moon investment that has fallen into their laps, when most will understand that its to dilute any large holders. Maybe Daniel S can get involved again and recoup some of his losses after being duped.
One thing though, if EGM was called for removing the board then tickets to attend that would be like gold dust - I'd be there like a shot with my weasel net and hessian sack !!
"Charles Richard Topham increased his holding"
Yup which means that he plus Peter Gyllenhammar plus Stephen Cochrane now hold 20% to 25%. Are they manouevering to take out the BOD?
Richie: "could perhaps include buying out the el limon royalty"
lol what a load of old tosh. They're paying a pittance in the royalty at present which at that rate will take some 37 years for RRR to recoup just the first $2m of it let alone the final $1m at 0.5% NSR. Why on earth would they want to pay that off early !!! RRR prob won't even be in business in 30 yrs time !
After hours rns Charles Richard Topham increased his holding
Yes..interesting..proposed use of funds includes..(iv) the payment of certain outstanding liabilities and / or debt of Para.
..could perhaps include buying out the el limon royalty.. would go for it if the Congo cobalt deal is still a goer to reduce any possible dilution..$3m is it?

Interesting!
You can't trust this share Magic, no kidding, go find a Share you can trust then.
In which case you have to ask why the buyer/seller don't want to trade on the open market like everyone else?!
As always I can't personally trust anything with this share imo
Direct from buyer to seller at an agreed price. The trade didn't go through the MMs but has to be reported nonetheless.
Ho can that big buy have no effect on the price??
Well that is an overhang taken out of the market.
robins - "Would be nice to get an update on Steelmin soon."
And what about Shoats Creek?
Maestro thinks that production of some kind has already started.
Would be nice to get an update on Steelmin soon.
Trading looks absolutely dire. Only 206,171 shares traded yesterday for a company with 1.95 billion in issue.
So despite the fact that Jupiter pay out a divi, markets seem utterly disinterested the shares. Go figure . . . SP way overvalued perhaps?.
I sometimes read the other forum but i never post on it. After all this time if you are still scratching your head and still can't work out who the poster torp is (from this forum) then you really must change your username to Helpful rude but dim
Couple of big sells yesterday/today according to the trade list here.
Guessing the rampsters will tell us they are buys.
Why hasn't RRR updated shareholders on the Shoats Creek project?
Partner Mayan Energy RNS'd their shareholders 2 months ago saying they had relinquished their 50% working interest in Shoats Creek. They said :
"The relinquishment will also protect Mayan from potentially significant Plug & Abandonment ('P&A') liabilities associated with abandoned well bores at Shoats Creek."
Where does that leave RRR? Isn't it about time there was some update on this or is AB intending to simply keep quiet about it whilst it slips into the oubliette?
Looks like Admin have removed some of Maestro's posts which were clearly not based in fact and misleading.
Well done them
