Never fails to disappoint.
Looking at 5 years price comparison, should not have bought these shares, management should think before making any false announcements
Rubbish close......but as per usual DBNOs price targets are plucked out of thin air, not based on anything but a price he simply would like the buy at, no substance or backed up by any TA or fundamentals Management need to update the market a.s.a.p
Deal that collapsed April 16 Refiancing pulled by sch Then refinanced again due Q 4 17 Now this... which means Houston .....
very weak close coming under major support does not bode well for next week.i think i may have called it correct at 49p! is this the deal that got delay end of last year? thought there would be news by now..
Stinks of it Deal off Or re finance Utter shambles
topped up at 58.75, still averaging 0.74 but confident and happy to wait for news in due course
sorry 2 k
made 2 buys todays 12k not showing any where brand new to all this
9 straight days of crashing. When will the board do what they are paid to do and take some action to stop this?
Our partners are heavily involved in the Fortuna financing, but an agreement could happen anytime, worth bearing in mind http://www.proactiveinvestors.co.uk/companies/news/190620/ophir-energy-shares-
I think 49p is very wishful thinking (from a buying perspective), 59p is not far away now though, that's my own average-down point but I'll be happy never to have that opportunity too - and surprised if we don't get some news very shortly, at which point this discussion should hopefully seem rather ridiculous....
i'm in @ 49p.
Indeed, well said... If this drops much further it will be into "averaging down" territory for me - again - but would rather see movement the other way sooner rather than later!
The board must make some sort of update to stop the massive drop continuing! I'm going to join Apa10 and email Ophir's management to let them know how a long term suffering shareholder feels.
They have had pots of money to invest into the business but what do they have to show for it? They have only been totally focused on one thing , and look where we are now! Where do you think they are going come to next for the finance!
Been a disapointment this stock.recommended on ************* long while back.have never really delivered burned through cash pile.will need t raise money at sometime.
The Market has lost all confidence in the CEO, It has given him chance after chance but he has always failed to deliver. If he was to leave the stock would rise in my opinion.
i think if the management leave this would tank so i'd stick with them. the road to success is never a straight line. back in April.
I reckon we'll see a fund raise along with debt financing to get Fortuna into production. 100m dilution perhaps? Thoughts?
if news on fortuna is not released sooner, any estimate on sp?
Price won't really move without firm news on Fortuna, yawn...
long time ex holder (salamander) - keep an eye none the less. this company continues to be uninspiring - nothing much to like or particularly dislike in update - but what on earth have they been doing in the last 18 months... alot of SH will be disapointed with the lack of ambiton and progress i suspect back to sleep
Couldn’t agree more I still hold stock When it was over£1.50 But have been nibbling at it in the low 60,s needs an excellent upbeat trading update
Expected tomorrow.Things should be a bit more rosy with oil prices as they are. Also maybe some more funding updates.Judging by SP rise today assume nothing too bad expected. This has been a dog of a share for me and many[ I am ex Salamander!] lets hope this year may really turn around.GLA
