Along come the BOD again to trash the companies value and put the frighteners on again !! Sooner this Pathetic lot
are gone the better.
They really know how to endear themselves to their shareholders. But it hasn't caused any sells that I can see. Lets see if the buying continues tomorrow.
of the devil..
I have a feeling that South Dagi is what precipitated the struggle for control of the company. It may also explain the desire to control the port on Sakhalin Island.
Or a +result on sd.
My guess is the rise is because of -oil price recovery. - no news on banking facilities that were being renewed in Jan so assuming it’s all ok or being processed, (maybe a bit of a nudge nudge wink wink with employees at the bank.) as current bod would have been RNSed otherwise, they will use any reason for a negative rns. - no news means business as usual.
Happening quickly now. Still lenty of upside, we were trending around 90p before this sorry saga kicked off. Maybe Kon is going to just buy the rest of the comany?
Well, buy or sell, it was a great day yesterday. Renewed interest, good volume, and the rerate kicking off. It will be good when we can move on from this mess, and the company can concentrate on pumping oil and making money.
I guess the plans for s fracking fleet for Arcticneft are on hold. That should free up some workng capital.
If you look at the chart that 24k was an hour delayed. It coincides with the spike when they were bought.
Don't think so if you check the time, the daily chart and what the price has done since
That was a buy not a sell.
They spiked the price up to let someone sell 24,000 at 40p. Mates rates I presume. Still, its good to see healthy volume, with the buys outweighing the sells.
It’s all swings and round abouts, I was fortunate to have some luck over Xmas with other shares and am surprisingly higher overall. If it completed executing my buys here at 18p last month that would have been a different story :)
Bad luck itsagame. Been very difficult to buy in any worthwhile quantity here, but I see its come alive today. By the time this palaver is done and dusted, south dagi flow tested, and the first arcticneft tanker ships in July we have a very good chance of being back to £1. Depending on how things unfold, and oil price of course.
Very nice to see it go up the last few weeks, I missed out and never got a re entry but am still bullish with a £1 target for starters, hope you get it.
Bid moved up sharply. There's only a small number of shares in issue, and a much smaller issue in free float. Looks like the panic sellers have cleared, and holders are holding. The market cap is ridiculous, given the Company's assets.
A guy on the other board has twice this week said he could sell 30k shares at a premium to the bid.
I still think they are accumulating for someone at a set price hence the rediculess spread to put people off buying till they fill that order. But who knows. Certainly there have been big sells over the last few week that haven't unduly affected the share price. Something is going on for sure I reckon.
Well it doesn't look as if the comany will get delisted ahead of the egm, which is a big relief. Now we await the Kononov pitch. If he can reassure on nomad/aim listing; say how working cap shortfall will be addressed (if that is it really does need to be) and lay out a slightly more detailed plan fr the company than the current board managed to muster, then I guess he'll win by a landslide. Not sure how long it will take this to recover, but I think we're now out from under the threats of the current board to collapse the company, either by putting it into administration over a relatively small amount, or by getting it delisted.
get a new bod and start drilling south dagi again!
Looks like I was wrong about the price not moving, lol
Just two more trading days until 22nd. Provided Allenby do not resign before then, the current Board can't delist the company before the EGM. I expect Kononov to provide some reassurance around the nomad situation when he makes his pitch, so if we make it until Tuesday the chance of this company going under will be hugely reduced. I'm aiming to invest more then. We're so under the radar I doubt the price will move. And when people realise the company isn't going under, we're due the mother of all rerates.
Some large sells still going through and no buys!
UKOG looks to be in trouble whilst RMP is looking good.
I'm hoping Kononov will be able to report that Allenby are fine with the proposed new directors. The Board have offered to appoint Rusinov to the Board, so presumably Allenby are okay with him. Maximov was previously a director, so presumably is also okay. Jean-Pascal Hilaire Peltier appears to have worked at Societe Generale for a considerable length of time, so should be pretty easy to check out. That leaves Vasily Mesheryakov. Shouldn't be beyond the bounds of possibility for Allenby to check him out.
But I am also guessing that Kononov may wait until shortly before the EGM to release his pitch, to stop the Board engaging in more public slanging, trying to refute what he may say. Ticking the clock down, as it were.
Like said, I reckon someone has a buy order in. Large sells and little effect.
I reckon someone has a buy order in. Another sell for above the odds price and no impairment to the sp.
If some are thinking of buying in, now would be the time before whoever gets what the want and the price goes up.
