And ... on the downside ... how does anyone know the SH Group is not being steered by bad actors - I know, I doubt it too but you just have to look at the sophistication of some of the financial scams out there and wonder.
I suspect what HSD is thinking is that how does a larger Shareholders Group affect any likely outcomes? If there is an outcome beneficial to both BoD and shareholders it is likely to happen however many people are in the SH Group - or am I being too simple?
The Shareholders group already have more information than is shared by Mtb to you so you are wrong on that point.
No thanks. I'm not signing up for another group just to find out nothing's changed since the RTO failed.
If there are any updates from the company I'm sure they'll end up here.
To find out what is happening:-
"Please join by sending confirmation of your shareholdings screenshots and email…
Alanclarke1000@hotmail.com
You will be then be linked to the Telegram shareholders action group."
"Hedgehog.
So just putting it out there do you think if there was deemed to be a spread of 'misinformation' and that the vote was possibly interfered with, that through some legal loophole a second vote could be invoked?"
Steadydanny,
Sorry about the delay in replying.
While in theory it might be possible, in practice it doesn't look viable to reverse the vote and relist.
There would be too many hurdles to cross, e.g. getting AIM to reverse the delisting when they had already given a lengthy extension, with a lack of money, time, and will to address those hurdles.
Combined with the fact that the intended RTO, BiVictriX Therapeutics, is now arranging an IPO instead.
Does anyone know what the BoD's plans are for the company's future?
Are they just continuing to draw a salary until all the money runs out or do they actually have a plan?
Following / you will really need to contact your broker and ask for proof you are the beneficial owner of your shares which enables you to vote on matters with the shareholder group. A screen shot of shares just lets you join and see what’s going on. Many voices on here want to talk but not act and if shares are now worth nothing its not a privacy concern to not prove you have them.
As mentioned many times on here, send a screenshot of your holding to:- Alanclarke1000@hotmail.com
Hi Kettle,
Can we join via email only? With just a screenshot of shares?
I don’t get it ! Whatever your opinion if you do not join shareholder group and be counted. You really do lose it all. It’s a no brainer and one of the few opportunities to show other Bods that its not going to be easy in the future. Look at HUR.
Join the Shareholder group, you do have to prove you have shares though but those shares can help.
I have some shares .So we have shares in motif bio is the company folded know or what .
How do we stand and what are we hoping for ?
Money made in Amgo and ARB has countered those bad decisions (ARB has much more to go ) recently taken a small position in KR1 but I have high hopes there as well.
Whatever ends up happening here ultimately I wish everyone well with their future investments regardless
Yep I had a quick trade in sxx ( and Tcg ) and got out of both intact lol
Mark..... so DEB, G3E & MTFB .... are your three worst,
but did you manage to avoid Sirius (SXX)??
;-)
Some of us hold shares and voted for the rto but don’t wish to join the group. Simply I don’t see any point in myself joining any group as I’m of the opinion that we should have voted the deal they put to us through. I’m in agreement that it was poor very poor indeed and nowhere near what I hoped for or expected but as investors and traders sometimes you get it wrong … this was one of those times.

HL hold my shares. I think the discussion board asking for proof of holding is a means to coerce individual shareholders into being brainwashed into another crep deal.
I will hold my own here. Time will tell.
Easy answer, prove you own shares and join share group to know what’s going on.
Oh
What was plan B? I’m still unsure of the master plan to recoup my losses. Anyone?
My point exactly !
I've got shares.
Dote, because they have to show that they actually have shares that’s why.Talk is cheap!
You held onto half your holding...why? Could it have been that whilst you were willing to take the risk on half your holding someone else was willing to take the same risk on the shares you sold...what's the mystery in that??
