Someone else keener than me - 5k worth at 0.75 is that Cypro ? 4 v 1 buys and sp down 20% ! Lol
Whittington and her cronies and employ on a more reasonable footing. What's her salary now?
Yep it’s a big risk but that’s the catch and why many are here. They’ll need more capital for sure - but WED available with major interest now so most likely have an intention. MYN understood to be looking ideal for them and in their taste with abundant working capital about to start coming in - for Rita in reality anything will be better than current scenarios - a week in this share can throw up all kinds of variables - good luck to all maybe even NTOG takeover
Emil, I know they have to get the vote to delist but the truth is ( from the RNS) they very likely wont be able to afford to continue. As it says, selling off the assets decreases the debts but lowers revenue - vicious circle. I think people are clutching at straws personally, but GLA
Can understand and hope you not too put off with the markets - there are some good companys out there example myn very much undervalued possibly because old negative sentiment still dragging - but for me it’s hold and trade some when chance to reduce losses - and if all else fails bottom drawer and maybe bigger investment into the future private company that is modestly worth much more than current sp
Letter was from HSBC
Had a letter re my holding here to either sell by the 27th or they will arrange a certificate to be sent to me. So I've sold at big loss :((
Hmmm 300 code ‘take price down to load shares’ They either have buyers for the shares and none to sell - or don’t want any trading to end up been left stuck with any - I guess easiest way for them to find out is raise the bid
They didn’t give an exact figure - I’d hazard a guess about 60% reading between lines - the original NO to delist votes carry (unless revised) And new holders since meeting don’t get a say so a question of how many have been swung or bought in before the vote that maybe didn’t vote - with other variables
50% hmm I’m not with that spread mm Pushing there luck and we could still disappear
Delisting it's not certain.(they have 50% votes vs 75% needed)..
Really ? Hmmm interesting
Thanks - Well it’s all part of the fun - luckily This isn’t my day job just a diversion - I felt half tempted to buy a major stake myself but what’s the point my own businesses make real money without the hassle of needing to wine and dine Rita 😉
Yes Eddie is looking at this as it has been brought to his attention ;-)))) Your right he does love a deal!!
Good luck to you EGTP, dont blame you for trying to recoup. Hope you get out with something.
Because they're stuck at much higher prices and like EGTP are just waiting and hoping to recoup.
price to buy 50,000 shares currently no quote, price to sell well below bid
would anyone buy here?? AIM never ceases to amaze! Delisting in in under 2wks and the sp goes up....
Don't understand if it's such a dog why aren't ppl selling to purchasers!
Haha well it isn’t if you decide you want to sell after the possible delist ! Are you actually holding or considering a punt ? As we all know you pays your money and take your chance - I’m stuck like most others but averaged down and already traded a few to make up losses - I believe Just as I did a few weeks back that there was a better than even chance and there would be some surprises pop up so I’m holding and hoping -
now being paid.
To buy at the moment.
EGTP - pls explain how you think AIM cancellation is positive.
Yes well that’s currently very priced in -
Take rise and cash out....
