Must be at least a billion dollars worth of potential projects.
Maybe our board should show a little more interest in things.
The nxt board is only a phone call or e mail away.
I’m sure as the company is a shareholder they could get more information.
I thought shareholders were entitled to see financial statements even if it is a private company.
Thanks for that.
Just waiting for an ipo.
Should increase the value of our 1.2% holding many times over.
Just a pity that our directors seem to be here in name only.
Why haven’t they tried to raise money for relisting maybe have the uk franchise of nxt.
I’m sure they would be looking to expand overseas.
I’m sure the major shareholders would jump at the chance.
Decent update on the NXT site today, at least they are looking to the future.
I didn't contact this company.
Our board of directors seem completely dormant as far as our investment goes so I did some investigation myself. Quite interesting to say the least.
Yeah I bought in ages and ages ago. Not a massive investment but totally forgot about it... It was a complete punt and not much understanding of the fundamentals..
Well, mainly for your benefit, I really do hope something comes from this. Next time you do contact Mr Gibbs, please send my regards and it would be nice for us to hear something.
I must admit.
I can't think of any.
I still think this will come good.
Are you a long time investor like me.
I have 20 million at an average of about .0005p.
So I hope it works out here.
Thanks again Steve, there is a level of reassurance that you have been in contact. I just wonder, do you or anyone else know of any companies that have been delisted for such a long time and bounced back? Is this the norm?
If he is that good at raising finance I though he may have done something here by now.
As I said a director in name only.
Not what shareholders want.
What they should do is raise finance to relist and become a cash shell.
Many other companies have done it so time for action here instead of five years of inaction.
It is far from over.
I have contacted the company direct.
I cannot get any privileged info but will say that it is far from game over.
It seems our board are a board in name only.
Very disappointing performance all round.
Last info was nearly a year ago and that was the annual accounts.
If it were game over the company could have been wound up ages ago.
We do have a few million in losses which could be used in an rto.
I will say to all long suffering shareholders just hang in there.
Actually, I have found that Mr Ian Gibbs sits nicely on the board at Bromius Capital.

Good summary below thank you
It does seem bad form not to hear anything for over a year. I cant find any information on the named 'directors' on the very out of date website. I do hate to say it, but this all feels like a complete lost cause to me.
Basically, people are still spending money I invested and have no obligation or the integrity to let me know what on earth is going on. Part of me would actually be grateful to just hear the 'game over guys' rather than wasting my efforts. Shame...
Missed a bit our figure of £90,000.
Good morning to you.
Long time no hear.
Hope all well with you.
Accounts due by end of June.
What concerns me is the total lack of anything from the board.
Out last news was almost a year ago and that was only the financial report.
Our cash balance must almost be gone.
We have been delisted for over four years.
Why do they bother keeping the company going.
My take on things is as follows.
We have about a million shares or about 1.2% of Nxt Tec.
Tha would seem to indicate a value of about £50 million pounds if our figure of
Our shares were purchased at an average of about 31 cents (aus).
It seems our board are on a waiting game here.
An ipo for nxt would then mean the shares would be listed and therefore can be bought and sold.
Price would hopefully be much higher than the 31cents paid. The company can then sell some or all of them and raise money.
I surely hope something happens soon as our remaining cash will soon be swallowed up by audit fees alone. Considering nothing much happens here seems a waste of money. But those are the rules for being a plc.
Any further updates on this??
Good morning to you.
We have basically had nothing here for over four years.
Cash must be almost gone.
The only real hope is if NXT TEC eventually come to the market by way of IPO which I would like to think this year. COVID in Australia almost eradicated. They were granted worldwide patents for their building system last September. We have just under a million shares in nxt tec at about 31c a share. An ipo would if it happens see nxt shares listed on a market. Leed would then be able to cash in their investment and maybe return all or some of it to shareholders.
Ideally what Leed need is to relist as a cash shell and do an rto or similar transaction.
I remember Oregon gold a few years ago reversing into Sosander. Doing ok I last heard.
Our directors certainly need to get something moving and soon.
Any news updates I get through the nxt website.
Lets hope... Does anyone have contact with anyone from LDP? It feels very much out of sight and a bit wishful thinking? Doe they issue any updates or community/investor communications?
We certainly need something here after four years of nothing.
Nxt looks as if it has the potential to be worth a lot of money.
Let’s hope so.
ATB.
Steve
Thanks Steve. Yeah I have look into the NXT and it does look interesting.
Thanks for the update
Until they are relisted there is basically nothing shareholders can do until then.
The nxt investment looks a good one albeit a slow one to come to fruition.
Imo in the next year or so some nxt projects should commence and hopefully an ipo will eventually happen. I think the virus has stopped this at the moment. Hang on in there and hopefully our shares will be relisted one day.
Hey all, I have relogged into my share dealing account after a few years away and found I have a load of shares in LDP. Obviously they are no longer listed but I was looking for some advice on what can do here? I understand that there is some progress with LDP but I feel a little lost with options around my investment. I have emailed the address on the website but had no response and seen there are some active members on here. Sorry if this has been answered before but I would really appreciate some advice please? Thanks
I e mailed the company about half an hour ago querying why the NXT TEC pre IPO information was still showing on the Leed homepage after 14 months. This would be a very long period of time for a company to still be in an IPO situation.
It has subsequently been removed very quickly.
Blimey 100% - I’ll hold you to that ??
100%.
Looking forward to the next few months if not weeks.
Thanks Steve - what’s your confident level in terms of percentage for good news soon? Lol. Not through it matters as only option is to hold till end.
Good to hear from you again been a year or more.
I cannot divulge any info but there will definitely be good news regarding our investment shortly.
Hang on in there and keep safe and well.
ATB Steve
