Dross - many thanks for your intervention at this late stage - you are capable of putting up some interesting arguments at times but history shows you spent a huge slice of LK's reign attempting to undermine him by posting multiple times per day that he was lying about not being able to drill Saffron without a PLACING. When you were proved wrong you slunk back to your hole and have only recently reappeared in the guise of hero of CERP shareholders claiming that LK has sold the company too cheaply.
You may be right about that but it's rather late for you to have suddenly recognised that CERP have wonderful assets that should be fully exploited by the BOD - where was your confidence in Saffron that inspired you to low ball the sweepstake - where are your posts talking up the value of TI where PRD have recently bid $1.75million ?
It's not immediately obvious to me why LK chose this merger but neither is your motivation to involve yourself at this late stage!
I'm tugging your tail pal. Relax and good luck here. Reckon you'll do alright. Apologises if I offended you. Have a good weekend. BTW I am in and have traded successfully for 20 yrs, it's my living and no I don't live in a 1 bedroom flat. The thumb is mine because i'm a sporting chap.
Good times ahead oil to be found and looking forward to a nice merger and increase in price between now and spudding of Preservance. Lots of news to come in the next few months. Target for me still 10p by end of 2020 for the merged company.
"What planet are you on?"
Have a guess. Do you get your trading tips from Alien voices? I think you truly might.
What planet are you on? We've had our fair share of looneys on this bb over the years, but I can honestly say that you post the biggest load of codswallop I've ever Read on here.
Do yourself, and everyone else a favour and crawl back under your rock.
Well go on to TXP forum and spread some joy, love and happiness. All you’ve done is bore the life out of everyone on this forum. For a guy that has no shares in either CERP or BPC, pumped £50k into TXP you are by far the most bitter person I’ve come across and it ain’t normal. Obviously got some underlying issues Bully1985.
Go and do one Irene you prat. LK expanded as he also an opportunity. Why don't you tae your sad excuse of a life and shove it where the sun don't shine you pathetic little pond life
Spend the weekend looking through the eyes of the CEO's involved in this. They are humans like us, their instinct is to make themselves money. Do they care about your financial situation? Do you really care about others on this boards financial positions or in all honesty will you do what's best for you? Do they care if they make money through oil production or will any means do? Basically, if you were the boss how would you make money out of the company? Remember leave your conscience at the door, it's highly unlikely an investor will swim into your yacht and get the chance to vent their anger on you.
A point that was made this morning and why I voted “no”. If additional options are for new (CERP) employees who will have no part to play in Perserverance then the strike price should be higher.
I hope you are right Willec.... but right now The Perservance asset is like the Duke Nukem 3D of the oil industry. It was probably the first well on AIM that coined the saying “Jam Tomorrow”.
But fingers crossed it comes in.... finally.
Perservance in December will be a good alternative. Looking forward to this drill
The company CERP should have merged with is Touchstone Exploration. Approaching 7 bags now on TXP.
Low number of outstanding shares too perfect. The derampers on there have had a torrid time this year. In it to win it... but it just passed them by.
Looks very good with BPC on the move and after the merger this look great - not too concerned with CERP sp look at BPC and lots to look forward to after the merger.
reaction from the market looking at CERP's share price. The way this is going LK will effectively have halved the SP and doubled the number of shares in issue. Pretty impressive! (I need to double check my understanding of "accretive" and "shareholder value"....
Rhodi, if you mean when is the deadline for voting on the CERP merger, it has already passed. It was yesterday.
If we don’t think price will exceed 2.8 not much point in holding shares here!

“yet we are producing”
You might want to check that with the Company.
Your predicted 0bpd yet we are producing - what an idiot.
Firstly, the merger is not a done deal. We have to wait until monday mid-morning for the confirmation. However, in terms of disappointment by some on this forum, I don't fully understand what your expectations were had the merger never been offered.
My rhetorical questions:
1. What was your medium term expectation for the CERP share price by year end? Based on what events/news flow?
2. Long-term CERP SP? Based on what events/news? (assuming PoO $50-60, and Covid-19 vaccine)
I fully accept some of those disappointed long term CERP holders, don't have the risk appetite to go for the 1 in 3 chance of the Bahamas potential mega ROI. (Arguably the Cos 32% applies to 770m Boe, with better odds for the commercially viable minimum 200m Boe). This leads to question 3:
3. If your medium term expectation was a 5p+ SP, more than double the current, could you not reach this goal as BPC heads to spud?

Patience Irene, some advice from you Irene Why not buy some shares this is going up very soon.
Rubbish a predicts - excuse me who predicted 0bpdd at Saffron ???? Let's Think ???? Oh yeah that crap star 'IreneKrapp'
Your not any better Krapper.....and you know it..
I would then expect BPC share price to re rate back to 3.33p and this be dragged along with it as then any discrepancy in share ration adjustment and any current prices will see cerp rise in line. Then fully expect another highly anticipated and promising rns which should see the merged share price rise quite lovely. Irene Krapp - hope you accumulated enough shares. Bough even more at 1.8 today so average remaining constant and last chance at thes prices. Would not want to be out of these at the weekend.
2.8p have to agree yes they are free for all intense purposes. When this merger set out the share price was at 3.33 approx for bpc so sorry management but you must at least buy at that price or yes they are free. Not seen very often but they can align with us. I have to saywhen is the cut day and time for cerp shareholders to contact brokers.
They weren’t free shares, they came at a cost of 2.8p. More expensive than opening price today. However, it was suggested at the meeting that a higher price would be more appropriate.

Thanks. So it’s down to the determined CERP minority now...
