A really encouraging number of voters though. Should in theory bode well for next week.
This scared me when I saw "all resolutions were duly passed". Had to double check the important one is next week! https://www.investegate.co.uk/magnolia-petroleum-plc--magp-/prn/result-of-agm/20170712170322PF45A/
Shouldn't there be a rns to confirm the Wed deal.
It's your company, you decide... VOTE TODAY
Brokers may not take you proxy after today SO. VOTE - VOTE - VOTE
NTOG is on the Today's Share Fallers list today -10% perhaps THEY THINK ITS ALL OVER !!!!! Can't wait to finish that line next week ;-D
I can't make the meeting but endorse the importance of everyone voting. PI's should do all they can to ensure that their voice is heard through casting their vote. It's crucial that all interested parties are left in no doubt the strength of feeling and support behind Rita and her plans for MAGP (assuming that is the case). It's important that Rita also receives a clear message of PI support and that we are all watching events closely, and are willing to exert whatever influence we have over the direction of the Company. So I solidly join with GD and urge everyone to VOTE VOTE VOTE.
Well Boys and Girls most brokers need 5 working days to sort out your vote so that means that you only have today and tomorrow to send in your proxy. So if you have not already done so VOTE - VOTE - VOTE The board of the Company unanimously recommends that you VOTE AGAINST the requisitioned resolutions Will anyone be going to the meeting on 18 July?? I wonder what kind of VICTORY speech Rita will give ????
http://nocache-phx.corporate-ir.net/phoenix.zhtml?c=197380&p=irol-newsArticle&ID=2285035 Surly we must get an update on the magic 10 wells from CLR soon probably have to wait until after the 18 July !! So all we can do is VOTE - VOTE - VOTE
Shouldn't we get an rns about the shares for (wed) today
http://www.cnbc.com/2017/07/06/oil-prices-slump-over-1-percent-on-rise-in-us-output.html
Nice welcome to NTOG but we all still need to vote BOYS & GIRLS Unless we get an RNS to say the SHARE HOLDERS from NTOG decide not to go forward with the Vote that they have asked for in the up and coming General Meeting on the 18 July 2017 to change the BOD and Rita's position . So VOTE -VOTE -VOTE
https://www.investegate.co.uk/magnolia-petroleum-plc--magp-/prn/update-on-acquisition-of-interest-by-ntog/20170706160844PF132/ So, this means that SOS will no longer own these shares in MAGP? And NTOG have made probably their best investment ;) I can't help but feel like that the last sentence was a parting / sarcastic shot. Good old Rita ;)
The Company notes that NTOG has today confirmed that settlement for the shares to be acquired from Steven Snead and his family was made in cash on 26 May 2017 and that completion will now take place by 31 July 2017.

Further to Nostra Terra's RNS of 26 May 2017, the Company confirms that on that date £125,000 was paid to Steven Snead et al ("Snead"). As a result the Company acquired the beneficial rights to the 204,226,749 ordinary shares of £0.001 each in Magnolia ("Magnolia Shares") with legal title to be completed by 30 June 2017. Both parties agreed that completion will now take place by 31 July 2017 and that the Company continues to have direction over the voting rights of the Magnolia Shares until then. In addition the Company retains the right to issue 2,400,000 new ordinary shares of £0.001 each in Nostra Terra and receive back £60,000 prior to the transfer of the shares from Snead.
If it makes you feel better I had to get the calculator out 😉
