RNS out £1.12m raised from Wrap
If the notification is correct I got the full subscription too
Wolfie I got the same notification as you but I guess we'll have to wait and what we have finally got ... LH&K Mafuta
Nice one, Boil! But of shrewd trading you di there. Did you sell over 20p?
Oh, interesting. Perhaps I've got it wrong then. I'm sure they said shares wouldn't be allocated until tomorrow at the earliest. Anybody else picking this up?
Very hard to estimate. A savvy board might have only extended the offering if there was enough demand to look impressively oversubscribed... If so I'd go for at least double - maybe even £1million?
I just hope they haven't extended it for a paltry amount of oversubscription.
Could be wrong then - apologies if misleading. My valuation includes the extra shares I applied for in the total shares held and the original trade ticket is cancelled with a subsequent trade ticket saying completed.
Yes, I got full allocation of a 6 figure sum (shares not £) too. Bodes well on one side, not so much general dilution on the other.
You haven't got anything yet wolfie. AJ Bell have just created a placeholder with the shares you've applied for, separate to your existing holding, same as the other brokers have or will. You'll have to wait until tomorrow at the earliest to find out your actual allocation.
Me too. I'm starting to (very) cautiously rebuild a position here.
I don't trust the board's ability... or the board itself for that matter. But 737 has proven efficacy and they aren't involved with that anymore. I see it as a hedge against them rat-f*cking the finance anymore or b*llsing up 1801 deal.
If both come good, happy trails.
Got my full allocation as per AJ Bell
Volume 4,280,000 shares
# of Trades 212
Vol Sold 891,479
Vol Bought 2,041,27
I will go for 600k raised via WRAP
Potnak, my post was meaning the same regurgitation of the same old bad news, not a comment that is referring to bad news that has just come out. I’m someone that moves on as soon as possible.
I think they were damned if they do and damned if they don't iro the size of the WRAP offerring. If they had set bar too high and didn't get the amount they asked for it would have sent a really bad message to the market. Not set it high enough and we would moan they should have asked for more. They have probably played it about right IMHO. Any guesses on how much we think they rasied from the WRAP? I'll go for £750,000.

nice to see reported as a buy
Clearly RF don't want the price to rise.
Yes I get your point.
Looks like we are getting a final slap from RF and PH with all of these low ball sells
Correction 98% in advanced stage HGSOC@
Hi Laz, thanks for your answer. I don't want to rock the boat either, didn't want to rock the boat last week before the news. I we have been in talks with prospective partners, then Parker is slap bang in the middle of those conversations. We need him for now. I also believe, if we want a better board, we need to pay for a better board. We can't afford the calibre of people we want. Even though I bought a few times last week and this morning, I get triggered when someone criticises others for being 'negative'. after all that has happened since Aug last year, if you aren't casting a sceptical eye over anything the board says to the shareholders, they will see you coming. IMO, the board need to know we are watching them. They haven't done us any favours with this WRAP offer, it should have been bigger to start with and for only as much as they need.
Chk1 is pertinent to some cancers. Mutated p53 check point is up to 90% prevalent in advanced stage HGOC for which at the moment prognosis is not good
Regards
Most likely will be lost in the current noise but an interesting read and summary of where CHK1 currently stands showing different compounds PK/IC values and future directions…
In summary, CHK1i represent a thrilling new class of cancer therapeutic agents that target a crucial regulatory enzyme involved in DNA damage response and cell cycle checkpoint activation. The future prospects for CHK1i are bright, and a growing understanding of their mechanisms of action, identification of predictive biomarkers, and potential for combination therapy with other targeted agents poised to transform cancer treatment.

I will raise a glass in celebration on the day it is confirmed Peel Hunt are no longer involved.
I will raise a dozen glasses on the day it is confirmed Riverfort are also no longer involved.
Ph came aboard and they managed to drop the price from just over 6p to just under 3p in a day.
Only been aboard a day or so.
No reason at all.
Price picked up slightly and settled over the next day or so.
