Whether you like it or not, someone just bought £16,800 at 0.84p.
Get ready. The mother of all shaftings is coming. Have we seen this modus operandi before? Oh yes we have! In the old days it was Briarbank, now Helpful is the stooge. Vini must have lost the cutlery. Only one person enjoys the luscious perks and takes the real money. Can you guess who it is yet? If you were a Market Maker what price would you put on the bid tomorrow?

Tomorrow is the last day of the roughly £600k CLNs that weren’t converted. JMS shares already standing security for other loans, so its either bye bye POW shares or significant dilution. If the latter then where does the fact that the CLN’s didn’t convert at .6p leave us?
We shall see
But your forgetting the"Bell" effect Ismalia.

A gross undervaluation IMO given the close link with POW and the potential in Australia.

Work starts this week which means that the work has been done at Luanshimba.
The above ties in with what RRR said, "The schedule has then been revised to allow the results to be analysed while the contractor carries out a nearby job before returning to conduct a 12 KmL induced polarisation survey;"
It is the same team from Minex/Progess doing the work.
Note that the last ops update referred to the RRR asset as being Kinsinka, this is incorrect. The asset is Luanshimba.

Says the man who sold at 0.4p thinking it was going down.
Didn't do it to help anyone else, it was the right decision given where we are. We should have some decent news imminently.
Nice update from JMS overnight.

With 42.49m more shares from CLN @ 0.6p cashable from this Friday............... almost a certainty that that will be the share price at the end of this week
Thank you Helpful.
Nice to see the Admin figure reducing.
Here we are then. 19th Dec deadline is this Saturday. £830,000 worth of CLNs convertible at 0.6p plus interest at 12% pa.
Does Bell have the cash to pay them off if they are not converted? Or are the holders going to get them rolled over yet again for what would be the fourth laughable consecutive year ?! Why hasn't Bell paid these down in 3 years instead of wasting so much on interest charges? Where does all the money go?

Molopo Farms looking pretty good.
I haven’t posted for about a year. I lost about 95% of my investment 5 years ago. When I ‘discussed’ my losses with Andrew and his misleading statements he looked me straight in the eyes and said that’s the problem with you lot who’ve lost your money you won’t keep putting new money in. I need new investors. I can’t say what I really think about his honesty as it will be deleted. But buyer beware unless you are trading this share avoid. As Mont Python said This is not a share for buying....it’s a share for laying down and avoiding. Please invest anywhere except here.
Well you surmise incorrectly and I have just one site name.
Your real name I would surmise.
Jayblu, better get some relish in and make sure we are all sitting comfortably. Let''s just hope Bell doesn't choke on his hat.
My decision to sell out is looking pretty good at the moment, although I discovered a few more RRR shares but could not sell them today.
oh well, at least we can look forward to TW eating his hat. "If the Red Rock Resources (RRR) share price is not 1.26p by Christmas Day, I have said that I will eat my hat on video."
Who's Stephen?
lol Roughly 20% down now according to the above
Can't believe there are still mugs who fall for the song and dance routine surrounding shares like this.
Like I said earlier, I'd consider myself a fool to buy shares here above 0.6p. There are £830,000 worth of outstanding CLNS (plus interest at 12%pa) sat waiting to be converted by 19th Dec with a conversion price of 0.6p. Plus all the other stuff Zumore has eloquently highlighted.
I fully expect Bell to do what he always does which is to keep diluting with mega issues of confetti shares. I would also not be at all surprised to see him do another consolidation.
This share already had its nominal share value lowered from 0.1p to 0.01p so that dilution could continue
This share has already been consolidated once before
Nothing will ever change until and unless the existing BOD are removed in their entirety
