Bloody envelope went all soggy, and I knew I should've used a self sealing one...
Right, thanks for the email. I've duly crapped in an envelope and addressed it to myself. So to recap, when it arrives in the post later this week, I'm to open it, made 3 rounds of sandwiches (cut in to 4 triangles) and then hike to the top of Brent Knoll before eating them while rolling back down the hill. Jetzt, Alle ist klaar ;o)
According to rumors the land register guilt should be however clearly higher for the house than the building value actual.

In the end the empty state high and long continuous in this area of the pedestrian zone of the city tip has prepared already for long time worry. "It does itself something" in the Rosco group in the Hessian bath Hersfeld, the owner of the building, keeps a low profile one. In spite of multiple inquiry, no one wanted to express herself on Monday in addition. Dr. Richard Schießl, leader of the office for economy and urban development, let at least look through that behind the scenery something happens. "it does itself something", confirmed he on Monday. Further however also he did not want himself in addition external and referred to the Rosco group as an owner and negotiation partner. One makes himself hardly hope on the other hand in the city hall to find quickly a new investor or tenant for the empty standing SinnLeffers building. Especially since the possession ratios are opaque. Once in the possession of the British Dawnay Day, it belongs meanwhile according to Christian valiantly of the Treveria to a British fund. Valiantly seeks presently a tenant for the real estate. But also "Cushman&Wakefield" loudly valiantly is involved. There is not new to announce presently in any case, explained it on Monday. "we are further in negotiations", so valiantly. Acco

That and should insist on an obstruction of the railway station street for the traffic to come would be the city administration obvious ready, toward it, seeped past week through. Little hope exists on the other hand as always to find soon a buyer for the empty SinnLeffers building. How the circle messenger learned week past on dependable authority, there is a potential interested party for the headquarters house. Whose plans for one of the large worry children in best inner city situation are obvious already quite concrete. So should – prefaced the participants can itself some – essential parts of the headquarters house up to the hotel dismantled and newly constructed become. In the course of the works, also the entrance area of the hotel should receive a new, more attractive face at a better available location. As of June 30th, Treveria had 135m Euros in cash, which is more than the entire market cap. The company generates 120m a year in revenue against 85m of loan interest. The company's property portfolio is worth in excess of 3.5Euros per share, 15 times the current SP. It could be very bad news here, there are also two major investors with 25% and 20$ respectively, in addition to the CEOs 20% holding. That's 65% in the hands of only 3 shareholders. So, are we about to be had over a barrel or is there a buyout on the table? Too late for anyone to get in or out, now it's roulette

Hi Mate, Good to see you in here, as you say.. institutions don`t buy in at these levels unless they think somethins`s brewing.. i`m confident there is upside here and happy to go long.. but as always imo and dyor
Lol, now that would be very extravagant! When you come to put them in your LSE portfolio, you'll have to put another 2 noughts on otherwise your £1k investment will say £10! Good luck here, there's plenty of risk on the fundamentals but institutions don't buy in at these levels unless they think something's brewing. As Mystic says, we need to do our own research too
i just tried to put an order for 500000 shares and got declined for having insufficient funds lol now i know why gl certainly got potential.
This is one of those daft ones that the decimal point is in the wrong place (see GDG, it says 7.25 but really they're $7.25c a share) Mine was the 25,000 shares at 19c (euro cents) a share, slightly more than £65! Those two share purchase on monday were worth £300k, we believe that someone's building a decent stake here.
