550,000,000 share Placing at 0.1p apparently oversubscribed so raising 550,000 before expenses. Make of that what you will but Zaf will apparently subscribe to 100,000,000 of these. GLA

On 20/4 VS issued yet more shares 195,250 to be exact. What the hell are they doing with these? Does anyone know? They issued 167,000 in between Feb and March most of them in small amounts to over 20 individuals to make them new shareholders.
Kaduval thank you for your reply but your 13:22 post just summarises your 12:44 post from yesterday. I wasnt questioning them I was just trying to raise a debate as to:- Why did VS issue the new shares? Was it to raise funds? Who are these new shareholders? What did they do to receive them? I estimate VS to be worth approx 10 per share, so who is Christopher Bischoff, did he invest 15,000 in VS or was he given his 1,500 for something he's done or about to do. In the grand scale of things this is probably irrelevant but with LEG stuck in the mud and VS not obliged to inform the public of its work behind the scenes, I thought I'd see if anyone could answer my queries. For what it's worth Im guessing that maybe these are the new members of staff who VS have recently employed and the shares are part and parcel of their salary. Anyone care to offer their guesss while we wait for LEG to take off?
Sam, there are in total 40 number of shareholders. Their names, number of shares, % holdings were listed below on my previous post. The total number of VS shares in circulation are 6,771,964. Of which LEG owns 473,405 (6.99%) which is the 4th largest shareholder. Our LEG, CEO Zafer owns 169,433 (2.5%) shares and Thomas Reuner LEG director owns 151,558 (2.24%) are the 9th and 11th in the list. It is worth noting Zafer and Thomas only hold 1.83% and 0.33% of LEG shares. These are facts. I hope the VS help me to get out of this.
I thought it worth mentioning that 167,000 new VS shares were issued between Feb and March this year and over 90% were distributed between 23 new shareholders. They could all be genuine investors but I suspect not. Anyone care to add to this?
Thanks for the info. Zaf is the CEO of the company so would be better rather mentioned for the firm than for CEO’s individual personal expense. When invester seeing some positivity after some fraustration time. Let we all atleast enjoy. If not invested here , not happy with the management I would not even waste my second here. I am only mentioning this as few days before you were asking about the ZAF presentation . Wish you saw him and listened his recent interview you would have not done personal attack on the CEO. Anyway, about dilution it’s nothing new for the small firm to maintain the cost and to look forward investment for the shareholders. As share holder, i am extreamly happy due to the profit I am making. Once again, I am not against your opinion but as leg share holder I thought to mention that we know the risk and reward with leg. Hope this help. Just leg shareholder thought.
LEG's VS holdings shares will be diluted to pay off Karim expenses and his salary but his holdings of 2.5% in VS and other companies will appreciate.... He will definitely do well! I thought this information would be useful to you all LEG shareholders. Good Luck.

More new staff starting at Virtualstock today, company is growing and growing and growing
should be some strong news flow coming up this month ... hope this SP level will be distant memories
Moving up steady
https://www.share-talk.com/share-news/zafar-karim-executive-chairman-legendary-investments-plc-aimleg-interview/ This is worth way more than current M'Cap... VS, 1Billion when lists, LEG holding approx 7%. It would also be good to have an update re Bosques... those plants must be producing close to 6000 Kg per hectacre by now.
One of Zaf's better presentations but still way short of encouraging people into investing in LEG. I will listen to it again this afternoon because Im sure he used the words 'share buy-back' and 'divi'. :)
180426 Share Talk Zafar Karim (youtube.com).........This will go up in time, well under valued
Would anyone be kind enough to provide the link please?
SVS security??.
Just logged into my account to buy LEG and message says.... 'We no longer trade these shares' Question 1) WTF!!!! 2) Can anyone recommend a decent trading site?
??
Very well said. IBS could be game changer for Leg same as VS. Zaf presentation was very nicely presented to attract more investors. This must be on the radar but new people are being little cautious about the fund raising future. Holder will be the winner at the end. Gl
this news could treble IBS value IMHO and at the same time value LEG stake at 4mill GLA
VERY GOOD NEWS indeed... we could go blue very quickly.... big news... GLA
