....has arrived at the ballpark and has been shown to her dressing room.
Trading again from suspension, is that 3rd time now in quick succession. Should that give us a bit of hope ?
Have had a text conversation today and yesterday. He said that he was limited as to what he could say, which I didn't understand given the suspension, but assured me that talks with a nomad are progressing, have been ongoing for a number of weeks and continue to be positive. My own view is that if the nomad wasn't interested they would have called an end to the discussion before now. It is frustrating that Cairn resigned a couple of weeks earlier but Insetco and the potential nomad know the timetable. Better to take all the time available and have a workable long term plan than something rushed through that ultimately leads us back to a similar situation further down the line.
Did u speak to Ivan?
@jeffmiller790 I am only on there for direct messaging, if not I am happy to drop you an email. Speak to you soon.
I am not but might set one up this weekend. What are u under? The company are tiring their hardest they said but with five days to go and no nomad in sight I think we have to prepare ourselves for the worse.
Are you on Twitter, would like to compare notes as I got a much more positive message earlier this week
Yes spoke to company. Obviousely they have to be careful what they say but I am not hopeful in the slightest. Ring them and see what you think and report back. I say 5% chance of relisting
Hi, have you spoken to anyone at the company to get this impression? I am planning to contact Ivan later to see what he has to say
They have probably packed their bags already and left the building.
For negligence?
I think we have failed in achieving a NOMAD. What a disaster.
No nomad still and general feel I got from the company is prepare for the worse. Shocking
What do we all think now?
Amendment made on the advisers page, could this be a precursor to an announcement? http://www.insetco.com/advisers/
Hi Andy, Asked Ivan if we are still on track with the nomad and he replied that we are.
I have noticed a number of website updates in the last week, which would suggest something may be going in behind the scenes
Has anyone spoken to Ivan recently?
Week or so left. I though we would of heard by now.
2 April: 'The Company is in discussion with another Nominated Adviser' 6 May: how long does it take to discuss if they want the job or not?
Something you know or hope
Big week coming up .....
I think we'll see good news soon out of the company. New nomad probably wants to see everything done 'by the books' and should be on board late next week. The company should become an appointed rep of an FCA-regulated company to expand business lines and seek its own FCA approvals
I don't see it as negative news, more like no news. There is a positive element that the BoD look to be trying to do things by the book, which suggests that they are on their best behaviour during nomad discussions and/or the prospective nomad is trying to help them in the right direction prior to formal take on whilst the due diligence completed.
It isn't exactly a positive announcement. My thinking is they have done it to show they are trying to ensure they're acting correctly and informing the market of anything they have to. Whilst it's negative news I'm taking it as positive.
