Exactly
The shares are clearly being shorted,I told everyone that a lot higher up
Also, the deal with cohigh/riverwood was completed before the EU approval (and before the firm indication that it was going to be approved), so arguably fum are in a much stronger position, with FDA approval also in the bag, than when that was completed. hopefully better terms this time.
JB's recent comment was there is huge interest in potential China partners.
Patience pays
If you remember the last chinese deal the share price rocketed after it was announced that Co high had taken a significant stake in the co and lent them money in the form of a convertible shares.
Any new partner would likely want to benefit from as low a share price as possible
The same clowns have been unsubtly posting negative slants on evreything they write.
Always trying to plants seeds of doubt
There is in fact a ton of newsflow ahead including a new China deal, where the suitor, like the previous may take a stake in Futura.
Further news re the USA and all other territories.
Further patent news
The list goes on
Had to look up LTIP, doh! “A long-term incentive plan (LTIP) is a company policy that rewards employees for reaching specific goals that lead to increased shareholder value. “
So I’m hoping, no praying that this RNS is a precursor to some very positive news to come in the near future. Boy do we need some shareholder value.
Simply, shocking!!!!
IMO!!
1-Issue not selling but the fact no one wants to Buy.
2-break even 24 & profit 25 comment.
3-No real plan, No defined dates all a bit Ad-hoc.
4-These directors have never bought a share, only taken free shares.
5-No news due, now just all about financials.
6- Due to stopping all R&D all eggs are currently in one basket.
Nobody has any reason to buy until the US launch happens.
Because Barder told them he'd be burning through cash faster than sales until that point.
So even a small volume of share selling will decimate our SP because who's there to pick it back up?
Still, good opportunity to average down.
When the US launch happens in 2024 it should finally counter the Barder Death Kiss.
What struck me about today’s RNS is that there is over 300 million shares in issue .In relative terms a minuscule number of shares have been sold since the interim results, but it has had a devastating effect on the share price.
With respect D&D, i think you are expecting too much too soon it doesn't appear that coopers operate in all the eu countries. from their website it looks as though we have supplies in all. or almost all, the ones mentioned.i assume we can expect other partners to materialise at some point where appropriate for other areas.aimo https://www.cooperconsumerhealth.eu/our-global-presence/
so 4 out of 27, as uk is no longer in! only 23 to go! hope the us doesn't go the same way otherwise patent will have ran out by the time we hit all states! a plan with dates would be nice, when the cfo can be ****d maybe she can put her time to good use!
It's online in italy ,france and spain.
Anybody know the reason Cooper are so slow to roll this out to the rest of the EU, considering only UK & Belgium rollout since March23? Are FUM struggling to supply product or something else?
Sunday Times analysis of Haleon today, no mention of Eroxon which could be a money spinner for them in the States.
& although I personally can’t stand Barder & think he is out of his depth, he has a proven track record of getting products to market successful or not! Once it gets to market someone else should take over, but I can understand his frustration from past events as the big boys have f**ked him over but that also shows his inexperience in this area! Get rid of CFO & employ someone or team with the skills necessary to take products to market.
FUM need to return to what they did best R&D, having all your eggs in one basket isn’t helping IMO! Get shot of the CFO she is useless & as far as I can see not adding value!
Yup - I was one of those, in the misguided belief we had bottomed. Interesting ….I bought in four tranches (yes I know extra dealing costs) within minutes of each other but only two showed up in “share trades”. So, not too accurate a picture. Or is there some manipulation going on to steer folk in a certain directIon - can’t think what or why. Me paranoid - never!
At least we know someone is buying up all these sells
Unfortunately 'there are none so blind as those that will not see'
How many shares do you think are left for the fkcers to sell and how much longer do you think it will take...
I know that's like the saying "how longs a piece of string" but boy at the end of tomorrow it's over 6 weeks of this downward spiral.
Thankfully I'm still in credit.....just and again thankfully I don't need to sell any....but this is PAINFUL
Correct Bucolic. FUM gives me all the “excitement” I can take !!
I for one don’t believe Barder does not know what he has done here! How many people would have reviewed the RNS’s before release?? & non of them could see the fallout from it?? Too many mistakes equals incompetence! Look at FUM’s history sorry but it’s filled with incompetence! I feel when they have done things right it’s been Luck! LO as people have said are just as much to blame as don’t assume they are a silent partner in all of this!
No crypto, Maninthewoods?
I also emailed Barder last night, saying the BOD weren't up for the job, esp the CFO. It's not the first time I've written to complain about the lack of skills of the CFO. I also said not to bether sending the email to Invester Relations as they aren't very good either.
Maybe more people should complain direct to Barder.
Or maybe we should contact Lombard and get them to kick out the BOD. I did look on their website, but couldn't find who to contact.
