Just want to add that the situation is looking better and better for the blue right wing parties in the goverment.
Helena lindahl from the center party says " he has had his chance and the outcome has not been good" he in this case is stefan löven from the social democrats.
She also adds " going forwards the center party should find a way to rule with the old alliance collegues" aka the right wing parties.

The liberal party leader isabuni is declining an ssecond invitation from the left to join them and says " We work constructively for a liberal bourgeois government and would like the Center Party to join"

It is most surely going to be a blue right wing party goverment either through the offical "talman" where the parties decide amongst themselfs who will be the ruleing party or by a extra election by the people who atleast for now seem to favor a right wing goverment more then a leftwing.
The sooner the goverment goes blue the better it will be for all of us. lets hope it does turn out this way. on monday the 28 of june the deadline expires and stefan löven must come with a answear, either a public extra election or resign and let an offical form a new goverment. My money is on a election but maybe he will regain some sense and resign but its to much to ask for i think.
Another case of Lofven not having the moral rectitude to face a difficult decision. It is the rent caps that are forcing the supply crisis and as a consequence the rapidly rising rents. Too many parties fighting for position now, looks like he might have to go.
"Lööf told Dagens Nyheter she wants to see an updated version of the January Agreement, dropping the proposal on market rents and instead introducing tax cuts for low- and medium- earners, and on investment savings accounts (ISKs). "
Thought they'd back down.
Anything can happen.
Nighty night All. X
Evening.. Eric, yes, concession first.. it’s a must do lol.. Lofven is too dumb and arrogant to even grasp why this has happened.. Everyone, do need somewhere to live, and a job so they can pay for it, and so on.. It’s of his own making! Should he fight on, he’ll need to find some winning policies.. We have our Mr Baylan, who perhaps now, will want to claim the credit for both the HYBRIT and H2 Green steel getting permitted, and would have to answer to critics/ opposition, why hasn’t he permitted the supply of high – grade iron ore to make it all possible.. Whilst Baylan wants to talk forever about a “Green transition”, China are opening two coal – fired power plants every week! That’s not being very Green Mr Baylan.. The permitting process/ mineral policy/Kallak will be a battle ground in the short term, imo.. Lofven could have some big ammo here, will he put it to good use- mining matters to the Swedish people?? This all, so unnecessary on a number of fronts.. Imo only atb……………
It's Midsummer Day, we should have some magic...:-)
Though their fantasies are irrational, however, they are also acts of creation that produce "More than cool reason ever comprehends"
That's true Roller. Not sure what will occur next, or when.
Sadly Kurt's being a little quieter than I'd have hoped, GLA
Sorry if I've killed the mood. Somebody please say something. Or are we all numb?
Hi Maddog. Yes, I'm trusting LKAB will want a part of this, makes absolute sense, but if and when Kurt gains the concession then LKAB should still be placed in the melting pot of suitors, just like anyone else with an interest. I know in the past Kurt has indicated that LKAB is the natural owner of the project, but we've had an unusually unnatural journey to this point, so I feel it merits a bidding war, not a given guarantee to LKAB that it can and will simply step in. JV or otherwise.
Concession first. Then let the bargaining officially begin.
That one is for Aug. Lol.
Wots, I'm hoping that Kurt is throwing the book at them now. We need a resolution.
LKAB kicking the tyres would be a result, assuming they don't try to knick it.
eric/ lkab will start to poker around sooner than we all think that is if they have not already started" as we all no this project is a big one and to big for bem to complete at the end of the day with out a big partner it will be a none starter , that is why l think LKAB will buy us out or partner with bem , lkab only has 15 years left of full production and that is only supposition , not 40years the new forecasts.
Only 8 days since the last letter but certainly KB needs to keep the pressure on now, and as discussed before, keep the MPs informed.
Ok Pocko. Ah, that answers it.
Not sure what will happen now, what our next move may be. I mean, we could quite possibly keep seeing changes in Government make-up every few years and never receive a concession decision.
I think we've waited long enough.
The applicant is JIMAB... Jokkmokk Iron Mines AB
Sooz, as Wots says, the applicant company must be the Government, as it's that lot who be askin' for the comments.
Unless the applicant company is LKAB. Lol.
Funny translation perhaps.
I thought the people who asked for the feedback were the govt, if so surely they are the applicant.
As you said Suzy, could be translation but strange
Thanks Eric for pointing that out, it didn't register ...yes, very odd, it it would be difficult to assign that to the translation which is what I usually do....both and?
Sooz, if you read the that reply to Lars, it mentions "both the applicant company and Beowulf Mining plc."
"The Ministry of Trade and Industry received the statement from Unesco on 7 June 2021, after which a copy was sent to representatives of both the applicant company and Beowulf Mining plc. After that, disclosure matters received by the Ministry of Trade and Industry were handled."
Wots...I don't understand what you mean?
Who is the applicant company if not BEM?
Sorry Suzy, cant be real....cant be from Baylan.....its early.....not possible
hahaha
Ok, so basically someone from within UNESCO has given it to the Sami reps first before forwarding to all relevant parties. So professional!
