I think looking at the use of these limestone blocks in Australia helps understand what they are trying to do. What I like about the company is that they are on the map and contactable. They are operating today and have been for some time. The business they are in is a decent one with development happening everywhere, not just WA and these blocks they use are widespread. Whether it be council driven or private development, these style of blocks are used a lot and it will come down to how much margin they have between construction and sale and if they gain any sizeable contracts. They look like they have the staff in place to deliver, they are a real company. I think they have got this (small) investment right and see this one as a decent prospect in 2016 and 2017. I'll not be selling, I don't need to sell but if and when it goes up to the right price I will. Have a good look at the company Coli plus the competition. This company are well placed and can be contacted which is something given some of the previous investments. We'll see down the line but its interesting. Good to see you're still holding. Was around you're area earlier this week, raining as usual. Keep holding Coli. No point in selling........................
I agree this investment is looking good value. Once sales profit figures are released this should give us a much clearer idea of how the expansion plans are going. Six months from now who knows.
thompson, how the devil are you mate...???? been a bit busy lately so not been on the bb's much at all........great to see you still here, and yes you are correct about the viability of our investment in Battalion (High Mannor). I think the anticipated results from High Mannor could surprise quite a few people, particularly our resident bashers ( one of them thinks the £95k a year interest from the £800k investment is poor business....?????...reckons we would get a better interest rate from the banks....lol). If results are good then I'd expect the CLN's to be converted to equity soon after and then the foresight of the BOD will be more than justified imho...... Hope you're well mate...chat soon. GLA
The limestone business is hopefully expanding its turnover and profits at a very fast rate. This is correct. Have you looked at this business in WA? The competitors and the staff? totally transparent. Great to have an investment in something at last that is traceable and contactable
Tasteforlife assures us that the bid closed at 0.045, 10% down on 12.11.15. So the bid was 0.05 at start of trading. This on the same day tasteforlife claimed to be able to buy 30m at 0.049. So the bid was 0.05 yet you could buy 30m for 0.049. Hmmmmm........lol
thank you taste, your refusal to name the site answers my question.
The current income is about £80,000 a year. IMO leed should convert to an equity holding sooner than later . The reason for this is simple. The limestone business is hopefully expanding its turnover and profits at a very fast rate. If leed do not convert to equity they just keep on getting a quarterly interest payment although it does increase slightly If they do not convert. If they convert they will get a share of dividends and a chance to sell part or all of their investment for a big Profit. IMO they will convert to equity very soon and may even increase it. I await sales and profit figures in due course. It would be interesting to find a similar company somewhere else and see what level of gross profit they achieve. I shall look into this.
you should know as well as anyone else that it is not permitted to post links, live prices, sites etc here...furthermore as you are just another poster here ..i e a nobody like we all are, I see no reason why I should respond to your pompous demand to name that site...feel free to send your complaint email...but you will undoubtedly be wasting your time...lol
Cheers..its all a bit tumbleweeds on here but I think they have made a better informed investment here than many might think. Manas probably is a dud now but that is well and truly priced in. I'm still hopeful LDP might be able to act as a shell for something more exciting once they can demonstrate profitability and sustainability of the company on AIM etc. 18 months ago they couldn't get finance from a loan shark but things might be different now if Cultural turns a profit. Sentiment is everything. It might take 24 months to double our cash but the knowledge we are on that path should be enough to stimulate some early buy ins. I've topped up a few now and again at 0.05p since its unlikely to dip much below that on current news flow and foreseeable events. Just need the spread to shrink before small traders will look at this in terms to generate real volume of dealing. RD
RockDoc - Good factual post. That's a rarity for this bb over the last few months. Lets see how the resident key board warrior (if he's not been banned AGAIN) and his allies try and respond/deramp these facts. GL all genuine holders.
Think a few folks (fools like me!) have cottoned on to there being potential for a nice little news flow from LDP now their molds are presumably up and running. Yes the CLN are not that spectacular and just tide us over but if Cultural secures some big orders we can convert CLNs and get a decent share of the profits. Remember they already turnover A$1.5m a month so revenues are good. The new blocks should increase profits on that baseline revenue, so 20% profit on growing $1.5m-2.5m turnover per month so up to $500k to the group p/m. We have access to at least 10% of that so could double our cash within 12-24 months. That's a pretty impressive return which might attract further backing and the dead-looking LDP train might start chugging back up the slope from whence it once slid! It aint gonna be fast but it could be solid. GLA, RD
shame they didnt buy a couple of days ago, could have got 30m at a cheaper price.
"I m looking at 0.0450...down 0.0050 ( -10.09 % )....here in black in white...hardly misleading...but you can put it t in your email of complaint if you like that I was quoting facts here in black white on my screen...lol" I requested that you specified where you were looking at that -you did not. You then quote Level 2. I have Level 2 the bid was never 0.045. I challenge you again - where did you see 0.045 bid -10.09% down. Its a simple question. Which site did you see it on in black and white? You can clear this up straight away. Name the site, I will check and if it ever stated 0.045 bid at end of trading yesterday I will retract my complaint to admin. If you dont name the site, I will take this further, as " information that is false or misleading may constitute market abuse".
I agree there........this lot need to concentrate more on more investments to deliver some shareholder value...anything salvaged from the Manas fiasco would be a bonus,,,but I m not holding my breath on that one
Utter nonsense, I have level 2. You cant bluff your way out of this one.
if manas were to be positive.. what next ? refinance for an expansion in project ???
It wont make any difference if manas comes to nothing ,,, apart from money spent and lost on it. I personally think if anything was to come of it it would have happened already
Try level 2 some day....will give you more accurate figures and doesn't mislead and no need to use imagination...lol
Although I am not expecting it. The manas licence expires in 18 days. It would be great if the licence were renewed with only the undisputed area included. Maybe another investor could come on board. It is annoying that the licence area we hold probably contains many millions of tons of coal. Of course if the licence lapses we shall never know.
"stuck here", and keeping the board honest. LDP it's like groundhog day (well year), s/p about the same as last year when I finally decided to sell. Anyway I hope it goes well for you guys, and you make some cash, you deserve it.
second post reported by the way. I gave you the benefit of the doubt, pointed out your "mistake" yet you repost incorrect information.
Where are you looking at that? Certainly not here or anywhere else I can see. Perhaps in your imagination. Just look at the top of the screen. Bid 0.0401. Your lols are tedious. Whats so funny?
I m looking at 0.0450...down 0.0050 ( -10.09 % )....here in black in white...hardly misleading...but you can put it t in your email of complaint if you like that I was quoting facts here in black white on my screen...lol
bid closed at 0.0401, exactly the same as yesterday. No 10% fall. Your post is inaccurate, and I can only hope it is a mistake on your part. You have been watching this daily, even getting quotes for 30m shares, so its hard to see how you dont know this.
do as you think fit mate, as if I care...just to remind you there was nothing misleading there...have a look for yourself at the bid close price...and you will see...
