The Company also installed an additional 500-barrel tank which increased the oil storage capacity at the field to 2,100 barrels. The tank was commissioned into operations on 19 July 2018. The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the Subscription to make further investment into sales infrastructure upgrades at the Beach Marcelle field including purchasing of a new settling tank, transfer station, Lease Automatic Custody Transfer (LACT) unit, as well as other general investment into facilities upgrade in Trinidad. The Company expects that the effect of these upgrades will enable it to increase sales volumes from the Beach Marcelle field
For Anyone that’s buying using a normal quote and getting 0.13p quoted if you use a limit order and buy at 0.12p it gets filled in a few mins, looks like they are happy selling placing shares for around a 10% profit to anyone who wants them :)
Absurd fall for such a minor raise. Esp one with producing assets and cash in the bank.
Someone should put the cork back in the well and have the decency to shut up office. And yes, I do own shares in this, unfortunately !
Yep sell price for less than a few million is 11.5. Big buys are costing .13p which suggests limited stock and being held artificially down. Current level of buying its unsustainable for it to stay this low and for existing holders is an opportunity to average down. Obviously for those who have done this before it’s v difficult to contemplate or even unaffordable.
I totally agree and did make this comment earlier as a non holder before buying some as it’s a no brained for new entrants that this will rise and has been oversold.
Just Two trades at 0.111p are sells totalling £29, the rest are buys. The sell price I’ve been quoted all morning 0.11-0.115. Fuelled by a few blocks of placing shares sold that will appear at the close of play or delayed over the next few days. That’s my guess anyway, will see in time :)
Yes - me too.
It’s punt tastic everybody is having a go lol
They are all buys - I know because I bought some.
That people think these are buys.... it’s market manipulation to make it look like it is!
As a positive 125m traded so far, all look like buys - That’s 1/8th of the placing shares already bought up in just a couple of hours. Could be cleared in around a week
Bounty, Indi has trouble talking like a grown up.
1.3 paid
8.5 billion shares what a croc - at what point do we shut up shop?
Indi, the drop is 3 times the investment (roughly) and probably overdone. I am not giving advice because as a holder this is bad for me. At this level an investment is either going to make you a tidy packet or wipe you out. The refinancing is the concern in the short term. Quite why we needed dilution when we paid back LO more than this amount is what really sticks. Each to there own and I am p*ssed but lets try and talk like grown ups (or head over to ADVFN). KRO
The lower priced raise makes a change, last time I was in this they kept raising at a premium to the dwindling sp. “anyone else explain why this has fallen so far” Basically The share has been a turd for 10 years, has had many placings the shares in issue is huge compared to back then. And no matter what they raise they always seem to want more £ promising that Trinidad will be great, part of me is still amazed it’s still trading as it’s been propped up by investors for years. I Took a few at .12p just for the potential bounce or pump. Like most I’ve Lost a few times in the past with this but hopefully I’ll make a bit back this time, good luck everyone but when in profit to me it’s a take your money and run share, definitely not a long term investment.
Struggling to believe that this isn’t a good investment right now even if just short term. Having raised £1m and fallen by 4 times the value of the placing I find it a bit bizzare. The share is now protected for the medium term and is selling 800bopd. Seems like a bargain price - anyone else explain why this has fallen so far - most companies who manage to raise this kind of funding usually Bounce back
That would be nice... But my 60k has become just about 2k! Not sure I should throw any more good money at it... Fingers and toes burned on this one and all that... If I ever get my money out would be a result. At this price is worth a punt if you have no skin in the game, as such weak buy.
*placees
Look like transfers for places - not real buys!!
Lol you deluded fool Bountyman!
this shares dead
I was in these many many years ago, got burnt then. However the dilution is 13%. The company has found £1m to up production and is producing oil unlike many other AIM oilies. Currently down around 30%. Could this be an over reaction? Of course for anyone who has been in it for a while it’s a complete ;£6;/?);?) . However for new entrants there may be some value here which might help lift it for all. Trouble is - I tried a dummy buy with HL and could only buy a few hundred shares! Something not right about this fall.
Guys,
Let's be honest, it looks like it's a case of letting the boys get in on the cheap (be that Abraham or someone else). the profit to be had here is clear - buy at 0.12p and it could easily double up to 0.24p within weeks.
The £88k spent today could easily by £200k within weeks. Wish I had money to buy some up.
