At 31 December 2012, TEP held unrestricted cash at the parent level of GBP 51.2 million (20.5p per share). On 21 February 2013, GBP 15.0 million was distributed to Shareholders by means of a B share scheme. The Board expects to make a further distribution to Shareholders in the second quarter of 2013 after cash requirements relating to the final deliveries of 2012 Certified Emissions Reductions ("CERs") are known. Further distributions will be made in due course as and when sufficient cash is available from the sale of investments less the amount required to meet expected future operating costs, liabilities and other commitments.
Been in and out before but read this: Financial Highlights · Net Asset Value of combined Cash, Private Equity Portfolio and Carbon Portfolio: £145m (58.12 pence per share); · Unrestricted cash and other: £54m (21.62 pence per share); · Carbon Portfolio: negative £14m (negative 5.67 pence per share); · Private Equity Portfolio: £105m (41.97 pence per share); All for 22p? delivering on promises...hmmm...perhaps delivery is not their strongest suit in my v limited experience... ...also nervous about something (??rumours on industry orientation) stateside that mm may or may not have picked up on... ..the system CAP (or TRK) is offering is vulnerable imv to big players' sometimes baffling decision-making.. ..& I am nervous because I don't know a great deal about (or in) the sector!!
Looks like one of its biggest holders CFSB strategic partners has sold at least 2% of holding in past 10 days( from 14 to under 12%).Thats not going to be helpful after a superficially positive RNS.I don't know a lot about CAP but would be nervous about the lack of scale plus fact it doesn't look like they will make make much money even in F13.An attractive sector to be in provided they can handle the working capital needs & deliver on sales promises. They appear to have dwindling cash reserves. What kind of trading t & cs operate in this sector as I assume these systems don't come cheap?
grateful for your view on CAP - just odd this retrace
You are very welcome. We are here to help one another.
agree with your view on snt - never "got" the high rev multiple....
another triumph on idg...congratulation & tks
Thanks Craggy I am still away from action but a little disappointed by lack of uptick
