which I think it won't = which I doubt
Totally agree but what have of BNG to this point. Lots of promise but the company themselves highlight that market cap it underpinned by NAV which is mostly the shallows. If BNG continues to drag, which I think it won't, then we will likely not have a proportionate increase in NAV but with a tonne more shares in issue. So all points to news. Clive mentioned transformational news to come, a strong phrase on AIM. I hope it is for the good as I am long.
There is no dilution if you think 600 mill extra shares is dilution then yes it is but you have to consider instead of 58% of bng we're getting 99%.
19th July 2007.
E1 when was it ever at 75p? I think I worked out why you are so depressed. You put in your spreadsheet the wrong price. At worse case you bought in on a5 discover at around 22p.
No chance of news until the merger approval. All squared at a set price per share for valuation purposes. I'd imagine they will need to hit some news very quickly or the sp will be goosed. Massive dilution by the back door as a result, I can understand the point that would serve anyone
Tomorrow and still no news on this well. Agm Friday so will we get this news as roxi or caspian My betting caspian the speed these guys drill.
What a load of Tom Kite...... next you'll be saying this is the darling of AIM. 75 pence all the way down to 10 pence give me the ugly sister every time ! Lol
Not posted here for a while, infact all winter. Hoping this starts to move this next few months. The news flow has simply got to improve this year....Surely! Waiting patiently.
As u said...pointless to vote ... If the big boys want to do it their votes carry the motion.
Best have a look on the rxp thread on the advfn bb about this richly one of the resolutions was for the major shareholder to waiver his rights to have to make an offer for the company under the AIM rules. On holiday so not got the detail but I made sure I voted before I came away. Only took a few minutes on TD Direct website was all electronic.
Fizzy, definitely a few specials in here... .
jmr1980 you are so miserable... show me another aim company which share price has held like ours after the constant delays. I think we have something special here and the markets think so too. They have kept the share price in range despite the comical errors and delays. Why is that ? They know the games which are being played and in my opinion its clear they are delaying on purpose. Directors buying in etc. Its very clear to see in my opinion .
It's Mr Yang to FK's Ying. One has been saying £1 for 2 years (actually he predicted 17/18 so there is still time) and the other has been predicting 6/7p for 2 years.
Voted will my 2.5millio shares have any impact on my meeting one would assume not due to the fact that the major shareholders will vote to merge!
Judging from past experiences, it'll be news of yet further delays, this will cause a fair bit of selling and produce the desired volume, and the SP will probably drop to 6-7p. Of course it might actually be good news, the best of which would be "We've decided to replace Clive the Clown with a credible chairman, and we've contracted with a proper drilling company to get us a single flowing barrel of oil out of our own wells, as our own drilling team are so exhausted from their absolutely stellar performance over the past years!"
Fizzy, it be just be a frenzy of screen refreshing, loads of sh.ite pointless comments and extra boxes of Kleenex tissues..... cannot blo.ody wait.
what this would do if / when we get some real volume. I do think this will go nuts when news comes.
Was referring to the 24,703 trade bull not the 10,000 at 10.49p
You couldn't have timed that last post any worse !!
Yep that's mine bull. Funds just cleared in my trading SIPP was hoping to get 10p but missed it. Offer was at 10.25p but would not quote me a live price had to go to fill or kill to buy.
what i mean, someones just bought 10,000 at full ask.
but getting quoted 10.5 pence for a measley amount? about to move up again by the looks of it.
steve - that your £2600.00 top up?
Couldn't get a live quote to buy. Just had to put a market order through to get my last lot before the AGM.
